Pros:

We had an amazing two-week stay at Coast Residences. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a long stay. The location was very convenient, close to restaurants, malls, and transportation.
The owner (Miss Dorothy) and security were professional, friendly, and always helpful whenever we had questions. We also enjoyed the amenities, especially the pool and the relaxing atmosphere around the property.

Cons:

10/10 our experience was smooth and enjoyable from check-in to check-out. We truly felt at home during our stay and would gladly recommend Coast Residences to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Manila.

El alojamiento en si es como las fotos, amplio

Cons:

Habian muchiisimas cucarachas, creo que es un problema generico del hotel y no de la habitación en especifico pero matamos en total unas 40 cucarachas en 2 dias

L'agencement des lieux, la facilité pour avoir accès au logement. Les documents pour l'enregistrement envoyé en amont. La proximité avec certaines commodités ( supermarché, laverie..)

Cons:

Le fait qu'il y est des cafards dans l'appartement ce qui était un problème pour l'hygiène et la conservation des denrées alimentaires.

L’appartement était infesté de cafards. L’hôte n’a pas pris le temps de répondre lorsque nous avons fait savoir cela.
