L’hotel è pulito e situato in una posizione centrale, e la colazione è nella media.

l’esperienza complessiva è stata molto deludente.
La camera era estremamente rumorosa a causa di lavori in corso nel condominio. La cosa più grave è che la struttura sembrava non essere informata della situazione e non è stata in grado di offrire alcuna soluzione concreta al problema.
Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è decisamente scarso: il costo del soggiorno è eccessivo rispetto a quanto viene effettivamente offerto. Inoltre, molti servizi che normalmente ci si aspetterebbe inclusi in una struttura di questa fascia sono a pagamento, come piscina, palestra e parcheggio, facendo lievitare ulteriormente la spesa.
Non consiglio assolutamente questa struttura.

Wonderful hotel with superb parking option
Pros:

The hotel is perfect if you are travelling by car. There is underground car parking option available on request, only 2 minutes of walk from the building. The hotel is located right next to the escalators that bring you up to the historic city center of Perugia. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, the bathroom was exceptional. Breakfast is also good, with a wide variety of sweet and savory options, highly recommended.

Cons:

No problems. There was a slight smell of cigarette in our room when we arrived, but after 20-30 minutes of ventilation with open window it completely disappeared.

La colazione di buona qualità e varietà si è dimostrata però lenta nel ripristinare i tavoli, personale attento a rifornire il buffet ma meno attento a preparare i tavoli per gli ospiti in arrivo……rischi di non trovare posto in certi momenti

El personal en general, y en concreto el empleado de recepción que nos recibió el primer día, el 25 de mayo por la tarde, nos ayudó con un problema que tuvimos con el coche de alquiler, nos quitó un gran problema de encima, le estamos muy agradecidos. La habitación tenía muy buenas vistas
