Pros:

Très bel établissement, très joli jardin, haut de gamme, calme, vue sur le volcan (parfois), personnel sympathique

Cons:

Literie avec surmatelas trop mou, on s'enfonce. Ménage pas au top (cheveux), plomberie de douche qui fuit.

Aanrader voor hot springs in La Fortuna!
Pros:

Ontzettend mooi onderhouden complex midden in de natuur. Kamers zijn wat verouderd maar ruim en schoon en met fantastisch uitzicht op de vulkaan. De nieuwe hotsprings zijn heel mooi aangelegd en zijn heerlijk om te relaxen. Personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en gaan zelfs ‘s avonds met je mee om een kaaiman in de vijver te spotten (dank aan de chauffeur die over het park rijd)

Great location and beautiful spot.
Pros:

The location was perfect, very central to activities with an incredible view of the volcano. The room was incredibly clean and staff were always available and helpful! The AC worked very well and the plunge pool was not heated so good for a dip to cool off. The breakfast down the road was really good and you could walk through the forest there which you could also book a night walk with.

Highly recommend. Wouldn't stay anywhere else.
Pros:

Alfonso was the absolute best. Extremely helpful, knowledgable, and very kind. The breakfast was excellent and in short walking distance, and all the excursions were memorable.

Cons:

Sometimes I would have to follow up to get confirmation on when an excursion was happening, and where to be.

The pillows and mattress were a bit hard.

La comodidad de la habitación.

Cons:

El desayuno no se sirve en el hotel, se sirve a algunos metros de ahí pero para mi sorpresa es un lugar que vale la pena conocer. Hermoso desayunar ahí.

Fabulous
Pros:

Beautiful facilities in La Fortuna. Staff were very friendly, wonderful views and use of pool facilities overlooking the volcano. Wonderful experience.
