Ambiente immerso in un bellissimo verde molto curato, rilassante, sicuro, comodo per supermercati e spiagge, dotato di ogni confort sia in appartamento che all’esterno ( piscina, griglia, palestra e ampio parcheggio).
Ci sono delle belle passeggiate per gli amici a 4 zampe che sono i benvenuti accolti con rispetto.
Oste molto gentile e accogliente, sempre disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta.
Mi sono trovata benissimo coi i miei bambini e il mio cane , riuscendo a godere della natura intorno, del silenzio e del relax.
Tornerò sicuramente.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen und wollen unbedingt wieder kommen.
Pros:

Wir waren hier zum zweiten Mal und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.
Die Anlage ist schön gepflegt, die Tage am Pool sind sehr entspannend.
Man kommt auch recht schnell zu Fuß nach Camiglia Marittima, Strände sind schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen.
Man wir hier freundlich begrüßt, der Kontakt im Vorhinein ist unkompliziert.

Cons:

Il check-in per forza di presenza nonostante ci fosse codice di accesso numerico al cancello ci ha costretto ad arrivare alle 18 per poi farci 25 km andata e 25 ritorno per il posto dove andavamo a cena già prenotato. In bagno neanche un sapone o una bustina di bagnoschiuma. In cucina niente di alimentare né una bottiglia d’acqua in frigo per bere la notte. Niente aria condizionata nelle camere. Infine ceck out alle 9/9,30 mattino quindi abbastanza presto senza possibilità di fermarsi nella piscina condominiale.

A little bit of paradise!
Pros:

Excellent location, close to the beach (15 mins drive) and many old Italian villages! Very clean pool and friendly staff! Great place to unwind and relax in the countryside!

Wonderful place with friendly and helpful owners
Pros:

The owners were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a kitchen to cook your own meal. The accommodation is quiet and lies just outside Champiglia M. So you do need a car to get around, e.g. for groceries. I had a very nice time there and would definitely return if I’m in that area again.

Pictures and rating are misleading! One star instead of the advertised four star!! Property Interieur extremely cheap and tacky, not clean, gas smell from the hub in the room, run down, tacky, you can't even close the bathroom door, no shampoo, shower gels....

Relaxing Holidays in a beautiful natural oasis.
Pros:

Beautiful location in the middle of a literal natural oasis in short walk distance of Campiglia Marritima, which is a hidden jewel on the tuscany coast.
We enjoyed the spacious villa appartment, the well-maintained big pool and the calm and relaxing atmosphere. Great spot for bird watchers with orioles, nightingales and hoopoes.
The kids enjoyed the nearby mining sites and we explored a cave.

Our accommodation was a converted garage, a new experience but not the best ever. Also, it wasn't super clean.
