Dom wyposażony jest we wszystko, czego może oczekiwać zagraniczny turysta. W pełni wyposażona kuchnia, z wszystkimi potrzebnymi urządzeniami. Jeśli oczekujecie wysokiego standardu, to jest to właściwe miejsce. Pomimo, że dom znajduje się poza centrum, po drugiej stronie rzeki, to przejazd nie zajmuje więcej niż 10 minut.

This place is fantastic. The host Meg is super helpful if you need anything - from recommendations to even booking a tour for you. Otherwise she leaves you alone if that’s also your preference. We loved hanging with Pancho, the friendliest and most gentle dog you’d ever meet. The place is located a quick 5 min tuk tuk ride out of Kampot so you are close to everything, but far enough to be in a peaceful spot. Highly recommend this place, the villa is well appointed with everything you need. Our only regret was not staying longer. We initially booked 3 nights and extended to 4 - there is a lot to do in Kampot so even more time would have been ideal.

It’s in the most relaxing place away from the main town but easy access with Tuk Tuk, it’s bright fresh and everything has been thought off it was the ideal place to relax a few days from all our travelling before we headed home

Everything! This villa is sensational and having originally booked for 4 nights we kept extending as we were so comfortable and there was so much to discover in Kampot area. We would have stayed longer if we’d had more time available. Our host Meg was wonderful; readily available as she lives next door. Although there’s a great folder of info she was super helpful with other suggestions and great to chat to. We used tuk tuks for local transport and for day trips. Absolutely recommend 100%!

We have spent 11 amazing days at Baksaei and we had a wonderful time!
The location is absolutely stunning within a rice field surrounded by beautiful views of mountains, greenery and village-life atmosphere. The bonus is that you are still a short tuk-tuk ride into town, so very convenient too as you can keep the balance of being in the country side but very close to everything that the town has to offer.
The house is clean, spacious and very very well equipped. We have been travelling and working remotely for a few years now and I can say that this place is a great combination of comfort, security, amenities and relaxation. This means that you can easily work from the house (great Wi-Fi and comfortable working spaces), relax on the balcony reading, practicing yoga or just watching the view or chill at the pool watching sunset and birds, cook your own meals at fully-fully equipped kitchen or order food from Grab if you feel like it- we even had 2 BBQs during our stay.
It is very quiet around and we slept so well during our entire stay- huge surprise was how breezy it was even during May as we could sleep with windows open and no AC was needed even though available!
Meghan, the host, is such a kind and open hearted person who is so passionate about her place and full heartedly dedicated to offer the most complete experience and make sure that nothing is missing- she had done such an amazing job making the place truly comfortable and achieving this sense of chill that we are all looking for.
It was hard to leave and we could stay much longer but we already had a whole plan in place so would probably be back again.
We stayed as a couple and recommend it for any individual, couple or family who are seeking peace, quiet, relaxion and connection to the country side. Thank you Meghan for creating such a great place!

This is a magic place...
The villa is perfect, really clean and cozy and the view is simply spectacular!! I was working from the sofas on the large terrace cradle by the colors and the sounds of the nature, walking on the countryside, cooking a nice meal in the well equipped kitchen and I slept like a baby on the best mattress in Cambodia.
Megan is a lovely host, helpful and smiling!!
I'll be back for sure!!

The location is amazing for anyone eager to have a taste of the Cambodian countryside life. We spent out days surrounded by animals, plants, people going about their tasks. The Bokor Mountain and the waterfall is a short ride away, Kampot town is a short ride away (get a motorbike or use cheap local tuktuks).
The host Meg was so sweet and full of information about Cambodia and life there. We enjoyed the simple DIY breakfast choices. For a few days you get to really feel like you live in Cambodia!
The room was clean and spacious. We enjoyed having both the AC and fan options for a hot day.
