Não gostei do custo benefício, o quarto não é tão grande, mas dá pra relevar, mas as paredes do quarto estavam sujas, muitos pernilongos dentro do quarto, e o teto manchado, aparentemente umidade.
O quarto que fiquei, faz fundo com a avenida, tem muito barulho devido ao fluxo de carros na região.
Não esperava luxo, mas o ambiente poderia estar melhor cuidado

Amazing staff, they really uplift this place.
Pros:

The staff were wonderful, both Sidnei and José were incredibly kind and helpful, and patient with my lack of Portuguese - I they took time to communicate with me via translator app and helped me with everything. Amazingly kind people.

Cons:

The WiFi was glitchy in my room and the pillows are very hard.

Funcionários super educados e muito prestativos.
Pra quem quer ir à 25 de março é praticamente colado e alguns minutos do Brás. É central,boa localização, colado ao metrô da Luz.

Cons:

O quarto não tinha janelas e o ar condicionado não estava regulando bem a temperatura.
A recepcionista ofereceu outro quarto más ainda não estava limpo. Como estávamos cansados resolvemos ficar. Como estava frio nem percebemos que não estava funcionando bem,no outro dia estava quase impossível ficar lá dentro.
Como seria só um dia ok.
