Had a pleasant stay for a night. Everything was to our liking.
Pros:

We did not have breakfast from Veera.

Services needs improvement for the price paid for the room .
Pros:

Room had kettle without any complimentary tea /coffee sugar satchel. We had to wait for unreasonably while checking out.
The cleaner cum security staff was uncivilised and sneezed horribly when we were driving out of the gate .

It was clean, close to restaurants, and basically very well maintained.

Cons:

I would like to see details like when hot water would be available, how to request hot water and AC turned on, and the number to call to reach the front desk.

Not a value for money. It was not expected a suite room
Pros:

Wash room commode broken and even not repair or fit. I have informed multiple times to restaurant about my check in time but they force me to check out after 12 hour of checkin. Who will pay entire money for room without staging 24 hours that was not acceptable. Don’t blam on customer . Please explain customer to all terms and conditions.

Cons:

Don’t give value to money. Please give me customers comfortable and statistician then money will come automatically. They saying suite room that was not a suit room medium size room that’s it
