Nightmare, Will not return
Pros:

By far this is the worst experience, very Unprofessional Staff, Unhygienic Rooms, In the name of breakfast they buy some crap from outside and serve for the guests. This is not the place for Family or Couples in short.

Pros:

The staff was good and the room was clean as well, the view from the room was amazing but I think services could be better. There was no proper drinking water facilities and the breakfast buffet option could have been better. Also I expected better toiletries considering the price of the hotel.

Good Stay with Pleasant view
Pros:

The view from room is excellent, it's a new property. The property owner was very considerate to accommodate early checkin request as I had notified earlier about the same however the suite which we had booked was not ready in terms of deepclean or toiletries kept during check in, hotwater was not available for bath later when this was notified to reception they got it fixed and room was deepcleaned before we returned in the evening. These pointers should be kept in mind if management is looking at 10 star rating.

Cons:

Hotel management should ensure the rooms are checked once before they allot it to guests. TV was there however no entertainment or movies channel was there for watching except some advertisement channels. Also it would be great if they have their own restaurant for food so that guest can use them whenever needed instead of ordering outside or visiting nearby restaurants.

wonderful stay at Vatta Merriment !
Pros:

had one of the best experiences of stay here - rooms are luxurious and staff is very friendly. has all required amenities and the food (breakfast) provided was of good quality. highly recommend if one is planning to visit Kodai Vatta. forgot to mention the room view is absolutely stunning !!

Nightmare

Cons:

Our recent stay was nothing short of a nightmare. Mostly Cons.

1. Reception Office: The reception area resembled a car garage, completely unwelcoming and unprofessional.
2. Reception Team: The staff at the reception struggled with English, making communication extremely difficult and frustrating.
3. Room Condition: Despite the building being new, the rooms were stinky and poorly cleaned, which was very disappointing.
4. Lack of Staff: There was no one available in the building to assist us, making us feel completely abandoned.
5. Customer Service: There is absolutely no concept of customer service here. Our concerns were ignored and unresolved.
6. Hot Water: The hot water was not working, which was a major inconvenience.
7. Breakfast: The listing promised breakfast included, but what we received was subpar food bought from outside, which is unacceptable.
8. Accessibility: Getting to this place felt like a roller coaster ride, adding to the overall unpleasant experience.
9. Towel Service: It took 4-5 hours to get an additional towel, which is ridiculous.
10. Balcony Safety: The balcony is dangerously close to the adjacent road, making it easy for anyone to jump in, compromising our safety.
11. Privacy: There was no privacy at all, which made our stay very uncomfortable.

Overall Recommendation: I strongly advise against staying here. The place is unhygienic and lacks privacy, making it a terrible choice for accommodation.
