Pros:

The property boasted a large bedroom with balcony. The bed was huge.

Cons:

Check in was at 12.00 we arrived 1.pm the room was not ready and we waited for half an hour whilst they cleaned the room. We asked about the jacuzzi, as I chose the place with one specifically as we had just walked the Quilatoa loop. They said No.
The room had a small heater and was very cold. We had to go downstairs to sit by the fire.

Pros:

The included breakfast and dinner were very good!

Cons:

The shower. It was either too hot to get under, or it was cold, freezing cold, there was no mixing of the two. Also, the place looked like it had seen better days overall.
