The property is very good with good delicious food “Craving” The staff is very good and polite handle the customer properly. Restaurant staff Ms.Nagress welcome you alway with smiling face and Jitendra well taken care customer need inside Restaurant. I am staying many times in this hotel and highly recommended
Need to improve quality of bed sheet, blanket and pillows, first day was not good but change same time after that no issue
We had a great time during our stay. Friendly and courteous staff, prompt room service and very good house keeping. This was our fourth visit to the hotel and as usual it did not disappoint us.
It’s clean , food was amazing .
There is not enough light in the room . Front desk staff was rude . I am NRI I didn’t have App for uber with my international phone I ask them to call uber for airport at check out time . He refused never help . I need to call my friend to send uber for me . I gave laundry supposed to return same evening I ask front desk they refused to give in the evening I need to wait for staff next morning . Over all I had bad experience .

What I loved most about the property was Nargees, who works at the restaurant. She is so kind and funny honestly, it was such a pleasure to meet her. Her personality is A1, and her customer service is even better! She really goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and looked after.
She’s truly a diamond the kind of person who makes your whole experience even more special.
Unfortunately, the customer service at the front desk was extremely disappointing. I’ve travelled all over India and have stayed at properties like Marriott in Delhi and the Hyatt group throughout my trip, so I know what good customer service looks like and this was nothing like it.
The front desk staff were very rude. I didn’t have a physical copy of my visa with me as it was at the Hyatt, but I showed them a copy on my phone. Despite this, they refused entry and were very unhelpful. I had recently had surgery in the town and really needed to rest, but instead I had to stand there convincing the manager to allow me in. It was incredibly stressful and unnecessary.
I also requested an extra bed to be brought to the room. I called four times, and it still never arrived.
Overall, the service was very poor and quite shocking compared to other hotels I’ve stayed in across India. I would not recommend this hotel — there are far better options available.
