Spotless, spacious, and incredibly quiet top-floor apartment with a lovely balcony, great facilities
Pros:

Really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and very well set up with everything we needed. Being on the top floor was great, and the little balcony was a lovely bonus. What stood out most was how unbelievably quiet it was — despite being in Madrid, there was absolutely no city noise at all, which made it perfect for relaxing and sleeping. The blackout shutters were brilliant too, making the room completely dark at night for a really comfortable sleep. Would happily stay here again.

perfect little getaway
Pros:

the place was as described, friendly staff, easy to get in, I was able to check in early. I had some troubles with the temperature settings, was helped very quickly. Perfect place for a little getaway.

Never thought I'd complain about toilet paper..but it was ridiculously cheap :)

Limpio, muy completo y cómodo
Pros:

Todo muy bien. Limpio, cómodo, amplio, con todos los enseres necesarios. Cerca de metro, supermercado, calle tranquila. Comunicación rápida con la persona que lo gestionaba.

Muito limpo e agradável

Cons:

O colchão era muito confortável mas a estrutura da cama estava estragada e frágil. A cama colapsou 4 vezes inclusive a meio da noite.

best we could find for budget
Pros:

Modern, neutral design, practical, little noice, bright, mini balcony, elevator, well-equipped, clean, (-but needs deep cleaning). Nice cleaning girl, thourough in her job. Neighbourhood has most shops needed close by.

Cons:

Inpersonal service, expensive, 20-30 minutes far from center, dusty walls, ceilings, skirting boards and upholstries. Only one cleaning per 8 days included, which was not clearly comunicated from the beginning. Uncomfortable sofa bed (thin, bulgy materess). Lacks system for and info about recycling of paper and glass. Area not very charming for tourists, but works. Good pizza on the big square behind Mercadona.
