Pros:

Open, clean, a freshness about it. Plenty of room for us.

Cons:

Being hyper critical I would suggest a small bottle of water for arrival. We had long flight, two tube station changes with luggage and were a bit worn out. Did not know the area so went looking for water

Pros:

Ce fut la quatrième fois que je sejournais dans cet établissement toujours avec le même plaisir : un appartement bien équipé et de qualité, situé dans un quartier calme la nuit mais à proximité de la L1 permettant d'être en centre ville en moins de 15 minutes. Le personnel que ce soit de ménage ou de technique répond à toute sollicitation et est même proactif (problème de literie mineur dont j'ai été prévenue avant même d'arriver et qui a été résolu dès le lendemain).

Apartamento acogedor para unas vacaciones
Pros:

La atención de la señorita que me atendió vía teléfonos muy amable resolvió a todas mis dudas. El señor que se encarga del edificio creo tambien muy amable y me dejó un calefactor y una estufa. Porque yo no entendía el aire acondicionado y l me explicó y funcionó.Tambien me explicó el funcionamiento de la placa de inducción y la lavadora un señor encantador.Me encantó la señora de la limpieza creo que se llama kateri( la de la salida ) que le pedí disculpa por dejar tla basura era poca . Ella fue la que me dijo donde estaban los contenedores. Para la próxima vez. Yo sacaba todos los días la basura . La ponía en otros en la calle. En conclusión recomendables. Darío las gracias a todos.

Cons:

Lo que no me gustó es que la ventana de la habitación no la puedes abrir porque la colinda con otra vivienda.. Estamos en tiempo de frío pero en verano . Le pondría unas rejas de afuera hacia adentro dejando el espacio .Otra sugerencia que el baño necesite unos colgadores para la ropa cuando sale de la ducha y toallas .aparte de los que están .

Séjour exceptionnel
Pros:

L’appartement est très bien situé près des commerces et des zones commerciales, tout est à proximité. L’entrée du métro est à 2 minutes à pied. Le stade Santiago Bernabéu est à environ 19 minutes à pied et une dizaine de minutes en métro. Je reviendrai sûrement.

Byt je čistý se vším potřebným vybavením.Krásný slunná terasa.Strávili jsme v tomto ubytování 2 noci a vše bylo v pořádku.Při rezervaci vyplníte jednoduchý online check in přes email a v den a čas nástupu do ubytování vám přijde do emailu instrukce a kódy pro otevření dveří.Vše jednoduché a vše fungovalo.Byt je vzdálený cca 15min chůze od stadionu Real Madrid.Na metro 3 min chůze.Mercadona 2 min péšky.

This is a good value for a comfortable stay, not in the city central but accessible via train.
Pros:

The apartment was nicely located, walking distance from the train and the Bernabeu soccer stadium. It fit our needs and we were comfortable with the size as a family of four. It is in a quaint working neighborhood so nothing flashy but had everything we needed from delicious restaurants, pharmacies and grocery stores for essentials.

Cons:

We had a nice view of the street :) We were on the first floor and the front door made a loud noise but not too late into the night. We also needed to space out our showers or else someone got a cold shower.
