Pros:

J'ai particulièrement apprécié l’emplacement, l’accueil chaleureux, la propreté ainsi que la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel. Une mention spéciale à M. Hassan, Houssine et Mohammed, ainsi qu’à la dame qui veille quotidiennement à la propreté des lieux. Tous ont contribué à rendre notre séjoure très agréable.

La chambre était correcte

Cons:

Il faudrait mettre des personnes qualifiés à l'accueil et pour les autres services.

La piscine n'est vraiment pas propre.

Les jeunes qui gère là-bas ne sont pas agréable.

200dh pour un repas et 20dh la bouteille d'eau et encore 20dh pour un coca cola c'est du jamais vu . et la nourriture est vraiment très médiocre voir mauvaise.

J'ai demandé un 4×4 et ont ma dit pour 4h de tour 1500dh hhhh . Surtout 4h à merzouga dans les dunes c'est vraiment pas la peine . 1h00 cela est vraiment suffisant.

Honnêtement c'est dommage car il y'a un très gros potentiel dans cette hôtel mais la gérance est déplorable.

Bref je ne recommande pas cette hôtel à merzouga et la prochaine fois je sais où j'irais. Car où je souhaiterait aller il n'y avait plus de place.

El sitio ,la piscina el personal atento en todo momento un paraiso en el desierto son unos chicos y un equipo increíble lo he pasado con mi familia llevando niños increíble y volvere a repetir las dunas desde el hotel TODO agradezco a todo el equipo la hospitalidad merecen propinas todos los dias muchas gracias

Mejor imposible
Pros:

No creo que exista en Erg Chebbi una piscina con mejores vistas y fresquita en pleno verano del desierto 😄.
A un paso de las dunas.
Todo el personal nos trató de maravilla y nos hizo sentir como en casa.
La cena, abundante y a muy buen precio; salimos más que satisfechos.
El desayuno también estuvo genial, perfecto para empezar el día con energía.
