Pros:

Me and my 2 adult children were there for one week first then we extended our stay for one more week.The staff were very nice to us .The location is very good.The security persons were very helpful to get auto or taxi. Also they have car with driver if you request at the reception.The restaurant and their room service is very good too .The food was very delicious.They have a club ,gym, pool ,and football court for the local customers too.The laundry service was good too.Over all we had a nice 2 weeks safe stay there.

Cons:

The house keeping have to improve little bit more I think.They cleaned the room when ever we asked but the hidden places were not clean. Also Friday all night till Saturday morning was very loud because of a young men group's party.

Clean, very large room and bathroom, good room service and good food options. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Cons:

TV was a bit small. Frequent power cuts, only lasted up to 10-20 seconds at a time but happened often enough to cause some annoyance.

Gem of a hotel!
Pros:

We stayed here to attend a family wedding nearby. This hotel ticked all the boxes to accommodate a group of 6 adults and 2 children.
The reception staff Archana, Arun Kumar and Abrir are some of the names I recollect, were very efficient and helpful with all our requirements regarding local transport and help with return flights. We were very chuffed when Mr. Shaji George, the CEO went as far as offering an upgrade when we had issues with the local taxis. This was much appreciated.
The rooms were well laid out, fair sized clean. comfortable with more than adequate facilities and a brilliant walk-in shower. Other desirable facilities was a good sized swimming pool with a toddler section, recreation room offering table tennis, etc, so entertaining children was not a hassle. There is a well equipped gym on site. My grandson, a keen footballer was delighted to be invited by some young teenage boys to join in the Astro-turf pitch, which is rare in any hotel I have stayed. All floors are accessible by lifts with the added bonus of a listening to a short melodious piano piece whilst using it! There is a attached bar as the name indicates.
The hotel has a restaurant on site offering breakfast , lunch dinner and room service with varied menu. The food was excellent with menus suitable for children, we had two young accompanying us.
The hotel is on the main highway with easy access and railway tracks nearby so it is not a quiet neighbourhood. That said, the hotel is well sound proofed, the only noisy disturbance we observed was in the adjoining rooms by individuals, who perhaps had a drink too many!
We enjoyed our stay and certainly recommend staying here.

A VERY COMFORTABLE AND GOOD VALUE PLACE TO STAY

THE NOISEY RAILWAY LINE AT THE BACK OF THE HOTEL WAS A SHOCK

IMFORMATION WHEN I FIRST ARRIVED ABOUT THE FACILITIES AT THE HOTEL . FOR INSTANCE, THERE WAS A VERY NICE BAR AT THE TOP OF THE BUILDING THAT I ONLY DISCOVERED ON THE LAST DAY!

A Perfect spot to live for a couple of days
Pros:

Everything, from the Ambiance to the Play area. All of the facilities provided were up to standards.

The rooms were clean and spacious enough. It's truly a value for money.

Cons:

There were some inconsistencies between what the app mentioned and regarding the services. The Play area (like Billiards and chess) were mentioned to be included with the room as a package, but when we asked about this in the reception, they reiterated that it wasn't updated in app.
