The carpets and linen were old, and not very clean.
Rooms had a weird smell, and we saw quite a few cockroaches

Generally, the facility is tops
Cons:

The shuttle guy is rude and arrogant. the charges for the shuttle are too expensive and thats kind of manipulative of customers or tourists

Pros:

The Staff is very professional and friendly and go out of there way to make you happy and there prices on there acomadation and food is top class I couldn't find beter and its safe. During my stay I could see there is always someone looking out and guarding the place 24/7 and there is always someone available even during the night hours that can assist you. I really recommend them especially if you are traveling from OR Thambo airport..

Better once you get inside the property
Pros:

once inside, it was OK, the room was comfortable and quiet, decent enough for a nights sleep. They also have excellent security.

Cons:

If I had known more about the area, I would have chosen a different hotel.

Great Location
Pros:

A very welcoming receptionist who assisted with enquiries. I had a comfortable room with the basic needs for an overnight stay. Everything was clean, neat and tidy.
