địa điểm yên tĩnh, không xa trung tâm, nhân viên thân thiện
khi đặt phòng có để nội dung là phòng có ban công + view núi, nên mình chấp nhận bỏ thêm tiền để lấy phòng có đầy đủ những yếu tố đó, nhưng khi nhận phòng lại ko có ban công, nhân viên giải thích là phòng có ban công không phải phòng đôi, vậy tại sao lúc book phòng không ghi rõ ràng mà lại để chung gây hiểu lầm cho khách?
