Great place to stay. Difficult to get taxis so bit inconvenient because of distance for our needs.
Pros:

breakfast was great. Good quality fruit. Wide choice of items. Cooked eggs etc.

Cons:

Noise intrusion from motorbikes first few nights.

Pros:

Very friendly and dedicated staff, good breakfast, free laundry

Cons:

Frequent power failures (also once when the rest of the town had power), foul smell in bathroom, no lift, no soap in bathroom

Pros:

Nice location opposite the beach. Basic but comfortable air-conditioned room, nice pool and a decent upstairs restaurant and bar with ocean views. Staff were great.

Great stay in the heart of Dili!
Pros:

We were able to be accommodated on last notice which was great. The property is super nice with a pool at the center. Staff was very helpful, and the restaurant on site served delicious meals. I loved seeing the cats on the property as well.

Cons:

The bed wasn't very comfy, but it got the job done. The AC was difficult to control, and it was mostly too cold, so we went between turning it off and on frequently.
