Pros:

I love the fact the staff were so kind. We got a lovely room as it was a birthday celebration for myself. A lovely birthday card and chocolates were in the room for me. A lovely thought thank you

The fact that it rained and I could not get to see the lovely grounds and enjoy the beautiful building

I liked that everything was served at the table.
I hate queuing for breakfast!

Cons:

Only drawback is the small bar area. The other 2 bars on either side are mainly used for evening dining so it was difficult to find a seat for a casual drink. Little cocktail bar filled up quickly. A residents lounge would be good

Overall we had a fabulous stay in fairness would come back again
Pros:

The cozy feeling . The food . The music at night in the bar . The comfortable bed .

Cons:

Bar wasn’t stocked well . Moretti was out both evenings . Glass of prosecco was quarter bottle which is unusual for a busy hotel and the cocktails not good .

Fabulous Faithlegg
Pros:

Faithlegg was lovely. The room was compact but comfortable. We slept very well as hotel is very quiet.Felt very relaxed there .

Cons:

The hotel definitely lacks outside space for drinks.It has an area at the front of hotel but in the shade hardly any sun and no atmosphere.

Great visit.
Cons:

We could have had a fridge/minibar in the room. Also windows difficult to close. Not surprised as they were huge!
