Quiet and clean
All the tvs we booked in 3 rooms are not English and it’s blurry
The single biggest problem was the bathroom floor. It’s a beautiful tile flooring but when wet (and especially soapy in the shower) it’s a safety hazard. It can be alleviated by purchasing plastic mats that are relatively inexpensive.
Location is accessible from city and tourist attractions which is not far from dauin for diving and there is short cut goin to Valencia this hotel is perfect for relaxing to stay after adventure.

I like the simplicity of things, no frills, and it's near places I wanted to go. And I like that they have a big parking space in front and inside the compound.
I didn't like the part where you enter the lobby and you can smell the fish in the aquarium. But the fish is nice, don't get me wrong, it just smells fishy.

The TV in our room needed to be replaced as it had malfunctions—the sound was very unclear, making it practically useless. As Filipinos, we also couldn’t understand the language. The air conditioning was extremely noisy, making it difficult to focus while working remotely.
Lastly, I have a phobia of enclosed spaces, yet we were initially given a room with no windows at all. Fortunately, they were able to transfer us to another room, but it didn’t feel like a deluxe room at all.
You have everything you need in your stay
Comfortable bed and modern room. Staff moved me to an upgraded room because the initial room smelled like cigarette smoke.
Seems like staff might be smoking right outside in stairway. Room I was checked into smelling like cigarette smoke sucked in from outside into the room via the air conditioning.
