Cons:

Als ich ankam, war niemand da, und als ich ging, war auch niemand da. Ich musste den Schlüssel einfach in der Tür stecken lassen. Der Inhaber reagiert nicht auf Nachrichten. Ich habe um eine Rechnung gebeten, aber niemand hat sie mir geschickt.

Távol a központtól igényes apartman.
Pros:

Elegáns, jól felszerelt, tiszta apartman. A konyha felszerelése is rendben volt. Zuhanyban melegvíz, kiváló wifi.

Cons:

Nagyon messze van a központtól., átszàllással is majdnem egy óra.
A tv-ben semmilyen adó nem jött be. Szivesen néztük volna.

Betten sind bequem. Badezimmer mit Fenster ist super.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr warm und wir hatten versucht die Heizung für die Nacht runter zu regeln. Das hat aber nicht gut geklappt. Haben aber trotzdem gut geschlafen.

Der Aufenthalt war rundum angenehm. Die Unterkunft war sauber, gut gelegen und bot alles, was man für ein paar entspannt
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und ordentlich, was uns direkt positiv aufgefallen ist. Auch die Lage war super – zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig genug, um gut schlafen zu können. Alles Wichtige war fußläufig erreichbar. Insgesamt eine angenehme Atmosphäre.

Cons:

Die Zimmer könnten etwas besser schallisoliert sein, da man teilweise Geräusche vom Flur mitbekommen hat. War aber insgesamt kein großes Problem.

Pros:

De locatie, niet ver van de bushalte en metro station.( neem bus 221 tot wittenau vervolgens u8 tot alexanderplatz.)
Rustig gelegen en je vindt wel een parkeerplaats in de buurt voor je auto.

Cons:

Geen haakjes of plankjes in de douche / badkamer.
De ramen waren vuil.
De ijskast mag wel eens ontdooid worden.
Geen info over Berlijn of hoe het te bereiken

Würde ich für diesen Preis (100,- pro Nacht) nicht empfehlen
Pros:

Das Appartement war sehr sauber und ruhig

Cons:

Keine persönliche Schlüssel Übergabe, keine Gardinen an den Fenstern. Es gab eine gut ausgestattete Küche, jedoch keinen Tisch und nur einen Klappstuhl zum essen. Das schlimmste, die Fußbodenheizung funktionierte nicht und die vorhandene Klimaanlage/ Heizung bei Minusgraden echt gefroren. Im Bad keine Heizung.
