I had a room with a balcony, and the room is actually two rooms in one, so it was a very spacious place.
I loved the quietness in one of the two nights I spent there. Don’t count on it on a Saturday night though, because guests go to weddings in nearby villages, and they can be noisy when they return. One of my nights there was not during the weekend, and then everything was really quiet since the building is not located in a village.
The lady at the reception was very nice.
The price was very good too (for one person).

Upon our arrival, we were warmly greeted by Septimia and her husband Sorin, the manager of Pensiunea Zikeli. Despite our visit coinciding with Orthodox Easter weekend, the hosts were attentive and ensured our stay was their top priority. Undoubtedly, the customer service we experienced at this accommodation was among the best we have encountered throughout our travels. The food served was simple yet delicious, and the local wine was exceptional.

It is located on the main road through Viisoara, which makes it convenient for travelling around the area. I have stayed in many properties in Romania, but this one was by far the cleanest. I was really impressed with the level of cleanliness, especially since I am hard to please.

The family room was very spacious and had everything we needed. Although, selfishly, I would prefer if fewer people came by, I understand that it is a business, and without more customers, they may not survive. Other places could learn a lot from Residenz Zikeli about how to address customer service. Perhaps Domeniul Dracula Daneș could take an example from them.

Overall, we had a great stay and would like to thank Residenz Zikeli for their hospitality!
