The hotel is very well placed. The staff was kind.

Cons:

It was cold in the hotel room, 18-19 degrees. I have been asked in 2 days 3 times the staff to turn on the heating system. They told me that it will be turned on soon but nothing happened.

I had 2 different online meetings and the internet was working really slow, I had to turn on my own hotspot.

Pros:

A reggeli tökéletes volt a felszolgáló fiú előre köszönt és nagyon segítőkész volt ,tökéletes az elhelyezkedés egy egynapos győri buli túrára! Máskor is idejönnék! A hotel mellett van egy öltöny bolt Albert 7 ahol bitang szettek vannak!:-)) Köszönjük szépen!

Pros:

Reggeli minden igény kielégítő. Elhelyezkedés a belváros közepén. Nagyon igényes felszereltséggel rendelkező szálláshely!

Cons:

Parkolás a környék miatt nehézkes, s csak több kanyar után lehetett kicsit messzebb parkolóhelyet találni.
Fűtés nem működött megfelelően, nagyon hűvös volt a szobákban is és a reggelizőhelyen is.
