Pros:

Nos hemos alojado dos noches con perro, desde el primer momento el trato y la amabilidad de la familia que lo regenta ha sido espectacular.

Hemos estado en una habitación muy amplia con salida a una terraza, todo muy limpio y tranquilo.

Lastima no poder haber probado la carta del chef por ser festivo.

Sin duda, un lugar super recomendable para pasar unos días tranquilos rodeados de naturaleza.

Como en casa, un gran descubrimiento.
Pros:

El hotel es muy acogedor, se trata de un edificio con historia y en manos de una familia que va ya por la cuarta generación en gestionarlo y eso se nota en todo. La atención personal es excelente, te sientes como en casa y eso cuesta de encontrar hoy en día en otros tipos de hoteles.

La ubicación es perfecta porque en 40 minutos estás en San Sebastian, Bilbao, Vitoria, un montón de playas y visitas culturales.

El servicio de camareros y camareras es excelente, profesionales bien formados que saben tratar a los clientes, aconsejarles y dedicarles tiempo, Brian en especial ha sido muy atento y servicial siempre con una sonrisa.

Sin duda, si volvemos por el País Vasco repetiremos, os lo recomendamos.

Very authentic small hotel with 70-s vibes in a quiet place. Great experience and great atmosphere, beautiful interior and exterior. Nice place to stay in to explore Basque Country by car. Free parking. Breakfasts are basic, but tasty.

Hotel looks better than on photos. Comfy beds and pillows. Recommend.

Pros:

Hôtel avec beaucoup de charme et une multitudes de salons très agréables pour lire un livre et se reposer.
Un parc verdoyant entoure l'hôtel.

L'accueil et le personnel très sympathique. Bon petit déjeuner ainsi que le repas. L'hôtel était agréable.

Cons:

L'hôtel n'est pas pas situé à côté d'une jolie ville. Dommage car la vue que l'on avait de la chambre sur les montagnes était jolie

Pros:

La localisation entouré de verdure, l’élégance des chambres et pièces communes, l’amabilité du personnel, établissement pet friendly!

Cons:

La pression de la douche peut être et un peu plus de confort dans la salle de bain (distributeur de savon pour le lavabo par exemple)

Pros:

La situación es buena para la visita que tenía que realizar. Es muy silencioso. Es cómodo. El restaurante es espectacular. El personal muy amable.

Cons:

Se deja la llave de la habitación en un bote al que puede acceder todo el mundo. No dispone de ascensor.
