Es gab keine Terrassen wo man draußen essen und trinken kann
Hotel boutique bello decorado con piedra, mármol y madera de acuerdo con el entorno. Habitaciones espaciosas, camas muy cómodas. Baño moderno con gel de ducha, shampoo . Toallas limpias y mullidas. Desayuno adecuado? Te turco siempre a disposición.
Demasiado rígida la hora del desayuno. Comienza a las 08 hrs y muchos tours comienzan mucho antes de esa hora. En una ocasión intentamos tomar algo de lo que ya estaba puesto alrededor de las 07:55 y el cocinero nos regañó de mala forma y nos hizo esperar hasta las 8:00
La ubicación es un poco alejada de donde son las actividades y de Goreme que es el lugar más entretenido del sector. Por otro lado eso hace que sea tranquilo y sector pueda descansar.

A Perfect Stay
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Uchisar premium, and I can confidently say it was one of the best hotel experiences I've had as this is my 2nd visit in cappadocia
From the time we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, professional,. The room was very spacious and modern. My kids they really liked the size of the room and were happy with comforting
Reception staff were very helpful, especially ABDUL QADER, who is a very kind and helpful person as throughout our stay, he was very dedicated to attending guests and engaged them to provide excellent hospitality. The housekeeping team did an excellent job

Непредвиденная доплата при заселении:
- Забронировали номер на 4 человек (2 взрослых + 2 детей), так как система не позволяла указать 6 гостей без автоматического разделения на 2 номера.
- При заезде в 22:30 второй администратор потребовал доплату, мотивируя: "Шеф будет ругать, если поселим шестерых в одном номере".
- После звонка владельцу с нас взяли дополнительно 20 евро (по 10 € за каждого ребенка), хотя бронь была полностью оплачена через Booking.
The hotel is amazing! It's a new hotel, the room is so spacious and clean, lots of windows and natural light, very stylish and well designed
We loved our stay there and would have wished to book our whole stay in the region in this hotel. The staff are super friendly and have great hospitality, willing to help with all questions we had, and they really made us feel welcomed and valued guests.
The place is just nearby the Uchisar Castle, walking distance away yet a very quiet area.
The check in and check out was really easy, no hassle, even though we were early no problem.
The breakfast is sumptuous, they cooked special eggs, pancakes for us with fresh bread and tea, and coffee, and all kinds of typical turkish breakfast. We had a chat with the chef and the staff, they are genuinely interested and caring for you to make this a wonderful stay.
The room is great, cold aircon, super big and soft bed, amazing sleep, comfy shower, and also an area to relax or work, watch tv, drink coffee or tea.
They made our stay special and after our not so good experience in Göreme, our stay here made us forget all disappointing experiences from the previous day
There is nothing we didn't like, maybe just add a small bench in the bedroom to put your suitcase on.

L'hôtel est au calme, en dehors de la zone touristique (château d'Uchisar) mais on peut la rejoindre en 10 minutes à pieds.
Quelques problèmes de connexion intempestifs avec le wifi
I liked the spacious, separate bedroom with a very comfortable mattress. There was also a large smart TV and armchairs in the hallway, which added to the comfort.
Unfortunately, the room lacked soundproofing, and there was a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke coming from the main entrance. The armchairs were dirty, and the staff didn’t speak English, which made communication difficult. Breakfast was only served directly from the kitchen, and without English communication, it was easier to skip it altogether.
It is very comfortable hotel and hotel services are excellent. The breakfast is very good. Hotel manager even brings us to Nevşehir bus station for free.
