Excellent
Pros:

Amazing hotel was really sceptical am when I seen reviews but it’s recently been took over I went with a family of five code locks on all doors which makes you feel extra safe we stayed on the top floor to big bedrooms lovely decorated and a mini kitchen with a microwave everything u need hair dryers and iron and ironing board coffee facilities lovely and clean! Spoke to two staff whilst there and were really helpful great customer service we have been to Blackpool a lot and this is the best hotel we have stayed at we will definitely be back thank you!

Cons:

The sheets where not clean, there was a pair of pj's pants hanging from the side of 1 of the beds, a kebab fell from the top of the bunk beds an the floor was disgusting the whole room was not cleaned shocking

Do not book this property!!!!’

Cons:

Confirmed booking had all confirmation and didn’t send the codes to get into property,left us stuck out with nowhere to stay and never even now received the email! Took money straight away and couldn’t get in, rang numbers booking gave us and they were being decline THIS PLACE IS A SCAM

Good location, for local shops and just round the corner was coral island.

Cons:

Room was dirty, other guests rubbish under the bed. Dirty toilet brush. Dirty bin, No WiFi as stated the password did not work. Beds very uncomfortable . The room Definitely didn't look like the pictures advertised.

Cons:

Went to the door no answer. Looked through the window and saw the rubbish on the window ledge. Couldn't get in no answer and also no parking.

Pros:

Don’t book! They have closed down 😒 no warning, no signs, all lights on ignoring the door! Took my money a week ago. Also looks very run down not like photos!

Cons:

We got scammed here for the first time ever after using booking.com service. The was no hotel at the address. No one was answering there phones. We got told it has happened to a few people now and we checked the reviews and seen the bad ones saying they have been scammed. I had my partner and kids with me at the time and had to book another hotel down the road in an emergency. Worst experience ever. I've even had no luck in contacting booking.com so I have had to report the fraud through my bank. This hotel needs taking down off booking.com

Nothing we left within 5 mins of walking in

Cons:

Was filthy, dirty sanitary towels in bathroom, bedsheets were dirty and had marks on, room smelt disgusting, nothing like the photos at all and was virtually impossible to contact anyone regarding issues and check ins
