Poor quality for the price I paid
Pros:

The beds were comfortable with enough pillows

Cons:

There were stains on the mattress, the bathroom was very small with only a roll of toilet roll. Coffee cups and glasses were filthy. The tap to the sink was loose. There was no wifi even thought it’s offered on the hotel sight. The price of the hotel didn’t match the quality of the stay. There was police in the hotel on our first night stay. The toilet was blocked up, when you was downstairs. The location wasn’t great due to drama outside and loud noises. Should have been offered a discount or refund on this stay.

Worth every star- simply amazing
Pros:

"Absolutely flawless from start to finish. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Our room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with a comfortable bed . The amenities were top-notch, Check-in and check-out were quick and effortless. I can't recommend this hotel enough — I'd give it more than five stars if I could!"

Alright if you need a cheap 1 night stay
Pros:

Its in a good location and its fairly clean the beds are also comfortable

Cons:

When we arrived we had an issue with the code on the door and took around half an hour to get in due to being let in by others that also had the same issue then couldn’t get into the room because of the code. Eventually we got in by calling the number on booking.com, the bathroom we stayed in was small and did have a smell and lastly when the main light was on the switch was buzzing loudly maybe due to wiring.

Friendly and helpful staff but need further improvement in the room.
Pros:

Clean, spacious and tea/coffee facilities and a common area.

Cons:

The temperature of the shower was so hot, I couldn’t have a shower, my skin became very red on my first attempt.

Yeah worth a stay and only needs some small improvements
Pros:

The rooms are clean and a good size ,modern looking ,tea coffee making facilities good location any questions I ask they got back quickly

Cons:

The shared bathroom as a fan that does not go off so I could hear it through the night even when the light was off the en-suite is really small and the water is red hot no battery in the tv remote or any channels on the tv

My room was canceled 2 hours befor i was due to arrive and the money I paid for the room has not been put back in my bank. This trip was ment to be a nice few days away with my family witch turned in to a nightmare walking the streets trying to find some were to stay

Pros:

The rooms was nice and clean and the staff are brilliant.

Cons:

I cant say I did not like anything to be honest its a shame there no breakfast and having to go out and find cafes. Part from that it was good.

Pros:

Amazing hotel was really sceptical am when I seen reviews but it’s recently been took over I went with a family of five code locks on all doors which makes you feel extra safe we stayed on the top floor to big bedrooms lovely decorated and a mini kitchen with a microwave everything u need hair dryers and iron and ironing board coffee facilities lovely and clean! Spoke to two staff whilst there and were really helpful great customer service we have been to Blackpool a lot and this is the best hotel we have stayed at we will definitely be back thank you!

The sheets where not clean, there was a pair of pj's pants hanging from the side of 1 of the beds, a kebab fell from the top of the bunk beds an the floor was disgusting the whole room was not cleaned shocking

Do not book this property!!!!’

Cons:

Confirmed booking had all confirmation and didn’t send the codes to get into property,left us stuck out with nowhere to stay and never even now received the email! Took money straight away and couldn’t get in, rang numbers booking gave us and they were being decline THIS PLACE IS A SCAM
