Pros:

Staff super sympa, environnement nature agréable, la chambre est spacieuse et propre, le petit déjeuner est savoureux et copieux, le directeur parle français :)

Pros:

Clean airy room with good working Aircon.
Niml is very jolly with good English. He arranged bikes for us for temple, he also has a tuk tuk, we got a lift to our next hotel in Siguria.
Hotel is very close to the temple ticket area, good restaurant nearby .
Good budget hotel

Cons:

No chairs on the balcony making it useless

Très bon rapport qualité / prix. Bien situé
Pros:

La vue sur les rizières est très belle. L’hôtel est au calme. Le gérant est très arrangeant et sympathique.

Cons:

Malheureusement pour nous, une soirée était organisée à côté de l’hôtel. Du coup, il y’a vaut beaucoup de bruit mais ce n’est pas la faute de l’hôtel.

Prijs Kwaliteit is super
Pros:

Het was dicht bij de Ancient City en De eigenaar regelt meteen een fiets om de afstanden te overbruggen. Lekker ontbijt met sap en koffie thee naar wens.

Cons:

Alles was prima maar als ik wat moet noemen....Douche was koud

Great location. A peaceful place with a green environment. Not far from the Ancient City. Great welcome. Owner is very friendly, helpful. Helps with tips for visiting local attractions. The location is very nice and good. The room is clean. I highly recommend.

Velmi milý a usměvavý personál, skvělé místo - v klidné uličce ale v centru, blízko obchody. Pokoje prostorné a pohodlné postele. Jako bonus nádherná snídaně v přístřešku s výhledem na rýžová pole. Doporučuji.

Pros:

Good location and friendly staff

Cons:

Our room was unkept and run down. We found holes in bed sheets, bugs, mosquitos and geckos in the room, all light switches filthy dirty. Room was not equipped with mosquito net. Loose door handles dirty walls. Mould in bath room between tiles and on shower head. We booked two rooms however ended up only using one room because the other room was so infused with the smell of cold tobacco smoke it was impossible to sleep there. In the morning I was told we are not paying for the unused room however the amount of the bill in LKR we were presented with did not reflect that statement. In my opinion, I was overcharged and left deeply disappointed. I cannot recommend anyone to stay there.

Well placed accommodation for exploring Polonnaruwa.
Pros:

Our room was clean and spacious and had a lovely view over paddy fields, it was close to the centre of Polonnaruwa so we could walk around and explore and find dinner nearby.
We only stayed one night but it was nice and we had a tasty breakfast again overlooking a beautiful view. I would recommend it if you need a stopover in Polonnaruwa. We explored the ancient city from here.
