Utter disaster
Pros:

The hotel had closed down. We arrived to find padlocked gates and deserted property. We have paid in advance, of course, so are now chasing Booking.com for a refund. No success so far.

Cons:

No notification of the hotel shutting down. It was still trading on Booking.com when we arrived at the property!

Non so chi contattare, mi hanno fatto fare la prenotazione su questo sito ma l'hotel è chiuso chissà da quanto. Ho pagato senza possibilità di contattare qualche assistenza per richiedere indietro i soldi.

Thanks to the staff.
Pros:

The ying and yang is very relax and probably more if you are Monday to Friday as we went weekend the LiDO bar is extremely lauded (extreme) bring ear things to fall sleep. But next day we had coffee and croissant and for £5 nice breakfast.

Noise in the evening from the club next door.
