Top location in Como‘s historical centre.
Pros:

Nicely renovated and equipped, spacious apartment in a historic building. Ideal location near Piazza Volta. A public parking nearby if you drive to Como. Easy check in procedure. Helpful staff.

Hermosa estadía
Pros:

Fue una lindisima estadía. El personal encantador. La ubicación inmejorable. Nos cambiaron a una habitación más grande sin costo adicional ya que estaba desocupada y nos permitieron hacer un check out más tarde también. La limpieza perfecta. De cortesía café nespreso. Realmente recomendable.

Pros:

Tolle Lage und sehr hilfsbereites, freundliches Personal. Check in und Check out einfach und unkompliziert. Frühstück im Posta Bistrot empfehlenswert allerdings kein Buffet.

Cons:

Die Bilder in Booking.com stimmen nicht mit der Realität überein. Wir haben Maisonette Suite reserviert und stattdessen Deluxe Suite erhalten was leider nicht der Reservation entsprochen hat! Entsprechend war auch die Lage in den Hof nicht besonders toll. Also nicht auf Bilder verlassen!
Zimmer ist leider sehr ringhörig, an Fenster zu öffnen in der Nacht war nicht zu denken.

Perfect location and wonderful hotel.
Pros:

Beautiful, modern hotel.

Fantastic room. In the heart of the town but also away from the hustle and bustle of the crowds. We had a choice of 3 restaurants to go to for breakfast, which was great.

The customer service from before arriving and during the stay was lovely. Felt like we were treated like friends rather than paying guests.

Big room, big bathroom, good and central location, quiet. Very comfortable bed. Uncomplicated check in (self check in at night in our case)

Highly recommended!
Pros:

Truly impressed. The room was stunning, with beautiful design pieces and incredible attention to detail. The bathroom was amazing, and everything was spotless and perfectly equipped.
The staff were extremely kind and helpful.

Cons:

The only downside was the noise. Unfortunately, the room was not well soundproofed.

Excellent, clean and close to everything!
Pros:

Beautiful room in the heart of Como. Very stylish, great size. Easy access - a few stairs but nothing too difficult. Good recommendations from staff as well. The breakfast included was very good. We could choose from 2 cafes - Caffe&Caffee and Panino Centro. Both were excellent options with either a pastry option or a omelette option. We had the omlette at both cafes and they were both excellent. It also included a coffee and juice. More than enough. Panino Centro omelette was the best.

The linen in this room smelled AMAZING - it was fresh and clean and was changed every two days.
I like the WhatsApp communication as well.

Thanks for a great stay.

Cons:

The only negative was the bed was really hard. But I know they cannot cater for every personal preference.
