Unprofessional and confused staffs

Cons:

Hotel status is not clear on website if it is for family or for hourly rent , room size are not mentioned properly and there are very small rooms, staffs think the hotel is for hourly rent and other business etc. Must count the number of water bottle you use as they count two bottles per day and Rs. 60/- for that. Staffs are so unethical and unprofessional that I started to fear that booking.com is not a suitable reliable website for booking hotels especially in India. Hotel pictures are very old and the present condition is far too bad. Kitchen is very unhealthy.

Good stay at a good price.
Pros:

The staff are good; the location is very good; Stay was comfortable. Basic needs are fulfilled; residential, green area. peaceful stay.

Cons:

The building is pretty old; some renovation and cleanliness can be improved.
