Didn’t take the breakfast
The bed need to fix keep a lot of noise
We had apartment n. 9 on the second floor. Very spacious and confortable. The bed was exceptionally confortable and large. The kitchen/living room was also spacious and confortable and the terrace outside was agreable. Donna, the host, was kind and friendly and the comminication with her was quick and easy. She even allowed us to stay until 1 p.m. the last day since our flight back home was in the afternoon. The position is good for reaching (with a car) anywhere in the island and the closest beach (Dickenson Bay: a marvellous beach) was only 5 mins driving. The view from the terrace is nice even if the sea can only be seen quite far away. The location is extremey quiet and silent 24 hours a day.
There are no major things that we disliked. Only small details can be made better: a little more powerful light on the terrace to have dinner outside would be a good thing. A little bit more dishes and cutlery in the kitchen would also be appreciated. And a different setiing of the table on the terrace would make easier to have dinner outside. Last small thing: it is a little difficult to climb on the bed for the person who sleeps on the left side, since on that side the bed is against the wall, but it can be managed anyway. All the above are really very small details: we actually spent a marvellous time on Antigua thanks to Donna's hospitality.

This room was much bigger and had a higher quality than we expected. The staff was lovely and the area was quiet and surrounded by cozy houses with beautiful gardens. the placement may look odd, but it was perfect for us. it was only a 30 min walk to Dickson bay or 30 min walk in the other direction to St. Johns or Fort James. The closest super market was only a 10-15 min walk from the hotel. i would recommend to bring something to make you visible if you are walking in the dark. There was also some restaurants close by. Otherwise the island is mainly made for driving, and I would recommend to rent a car. The lovely lady at the hotel did also have a transportation service that helped us to the airport.

The property name “Sea View” may set expectations a bit high. The room itself was comfortable, though the décor is more traditional and could benefit from some refurbishment. The kitchen is somehow functional but having a few more utensils would be helpful.
Tap water is not drinkable, so bottled water needs to be purchased, which usually requires a taxi trip to the supermarket. Taxi fares are around USD 20-25 to reach the city or nearby beaches, so this place may be more convenient for guests with their own vehicle.
With a little more care and attention, the apartment could offer a better overall experience.
