Komfort Standard Zimmer viel zu teuer. Und sehr lieblos eingerichtet.
Pros:

Excellentes Frühstücksbuffet in sehr ansprechender Amosphäre. Die hierfür aufgerufenen zweiundzwanzig Euro sind angemessen. Ansprechender Lobbybereich und Garten mit Sitzgelegenheiten. Gute und ruhige Lage des Hotels mit einem Fussweg von circa zwanzig Minuten bis zum alten Markt.
Personal des Hotels ist TOP! Freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Bett sehr gut.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war ausgesprochen schlicht eingerichtet. Nicht ein einziges Bild noch eine einzige Pflanze im Zimmer. Auf Gemütlichkeit des Zimmers für den Gast wurde hier definitiv keinen Wert gelegt. Es handelte sich um ein komfortstandards Zimmer
zum Preis von circa hundert neunundzwanzig Euro. Das Hotel verfügt über einen sehr spärlich eingerichteten Fitnessraum 3 Geräte für die Ausdauer. Die vorhandene Sauna muss mit 20 Euro pro Stunde!!! extra bezahlt werden.
Das ist sehr unverschämt. Als Gast eines solchen Hotels erwachtet man die Sauna kostenfrei nutzen zu können. Das sollte eine Selbstverständlichkeit sein. In diesem Hotel ist es dies leider nicht. Auch das Parken wird mit 15 Euro pro 24 Stunden extra berechnet.
Ein angemessener Preis für das sehr kahle, lieblose Zimmer wäre mit sechzig bis siebzig Euro angemessen honoriert.
Bei Ankunft stehen im Zimmer 2 kleine Wasserflaschen die mit jeweils 3 Euro zu bezahlen sind wenn sie dann getrunken werden sollen. Auch hier erkennt man keine Liebe zum Gast. Eine Flasche Wasser zur Begrüßung wäre wohl das Mindeste. Das Hotel tut sich mit einem solchen Vorgehen und Verhalten keinen Gefallen.
P.S.
Kein Kleiderschrank! Sehr enge Duschkabine und der Zimmertresor muss auch extra bezahlt werden. Schluck... merkwürdig.⁷

With some minor changes, this can be a really attractive hotel.
Pros:

The friendliness and availability of the personnel.
The nice breakfast.
The cleanliness.

Cons:

The bathroom is not practical at all. If one takes a shower, one wets the entire floor. This should really be reshaped.
The airco is not working properly. Either it does not allow to adapt it properly, or does not change at all.
The parking is charged way too expensively.

Enjoyable stay in historic beguinage
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful with renovated rooms in an historic building in the former beguinage of Leuven. The personal is super friendly and the breakfast excellent.
