Heerlijk!
Pros:

heel goede service. De koffiepads waren bijvoorbeeld op en ik vroeg nieuwe aan de balie dat was geen enkel probleem. Ik werd erg vriendelijk te woord gestaan. We kregen ook nog de handige tip om voortaan rechtstreeks te boeken en niet via booking.com omdat rechtstreeks goedkoper is.

Cons:

Nou...als de sauna gratis geweest was was ik nog blijer geweest!!!

Beautiful building with a rich history. Pleasant interior.

Gym was very limited. And on Thursday night the university faculty club beside the hotel, created loud noise until early morning.

Rustig genieten dichtbij centrum Leuven
Pros:

Rustig en mooi in het begijnenhof maar toch dichtbij het centrum gelegen.
De kamer is niet zo groot, maar heel praktisch ingericht.
Het ontbijt (apart bij te betalen) was héél erg goed!

Een prachtig hotel op een toplocatie
Pros:

Mooie tuin, je kan er lekker in de zon zitten. Personeel is vriendelijk en denken mee. Er was geen waterkoker op de kamer, maar dat kon de receptioniste wel regelen.
De fietsen waren goed en fijn om te kunnen huren. Er was parking aanwezig, klein, maar er was ruimte beschikbaar toen we aankwamen.
Het hotel ligt op een goede plek om het centrum van Leuven in te gaan. Met een wandeling van 15 minuten ben je al bij goede horecabedrijven. Met de fiets ben je er nog sneller.
We hadden geen ontbijt omdat een dieetwens niet kon. Top dat het van te voren werd aangegeven, zo voorkom je teleurstelling. Ik heb dat wel eens anders meegemaakt.

Cons:

Je kon mensen op de gang goed horen. Tijdens een rustmoment stond een klusjesman te bellen en dat was luid en duidelijk te horen.
Als er ruimte is voor verbetering kan er eventueel geinvesteerd worden in een deur die geluid van buitenaf beter isoleert.
