Satisfied with the location, this is 1 to 2 star accommodation.
Pros:

The closeness to the beach, convenience to dining and shopping

Cons:

The floor was sticky in my unit, it was poorly cleaned. The parking was horrible. Very close proximity and once you get to the top of the garage you have to turn around in a small space. Always afraid you are going to hit another car. The spaces are too close together

Cons:

It's not the best neighborhood, the parking garage isn't well lit, I looked on several levels and didn't seem to see security cameras anywhere insight in the parking deck or the hallways of the facility. There's no luggage carts at all that I could find.

Superb
Pros:

The location allowed easy access to amenities. The room was well-appointed and comfortable. Parking was predictable. Quiet building while we stayed so slept well.

Cons:

If it was windy, the wind would whistle through cracks around the door/frame producing an eerie ghost-in-the-mansion effect. Weather-stripping is needed.

the musky smell and what looked like mold growing in the ceiling (photo shared in the room post)
