Great 4 day break, close to great facilities that Broadbeach has to offer and only a tram stop from Oacific Fair.
Pros:

Fantastic location, close to all facilities (beach, shops, restaurants, public transport), friendly staff, clean and spacious apartments, great facilities for families (pool and bbq area), secure parking available and great value for money.

Cons:

I cannot thing of a thing I disliked.

Pros:

That View!!! Ah-Mah-zing! location is just so convenient to restaurants, shops and light rail stop. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed for a week long stay.

Cons:

Nothing .. just a few minor housecleaning issues that I discussed with the front desk. Nothing to worry about.

Pleasant good location but a little grubby.
Pros:

The apartment was large spacious and well appointed. Very new.

Cons:

It was not very clean - we could see stains on walls and the benches and in the shower and bathroom. It looked like it was a regular home for someone who then rents it out.

Overall great, thanks
Pros:

Great location, great living area, bedrooms were comfortable. Pool and bbq areas are very nice, easy car parking. Staff were friendly. Handy to have washing machine and clothes airer.

Cons:

Toilet paper seemed to be rationed, we ended up buying our own- 4 small rolls for a group of people staying for 8 days wasn’t enough. We asked a couple of times for more and could only get a couple at a time. The toilet seat wasn’t positioned properly so you were nearly sitting on the toilet bowl, the toilet brush was old and scabby. The double bed in the smaller room was a bit uncomfortable. Doors were noisy if windy, they wobbled around. Window in main bedroom was hard to close. Chipped dinner plates and stains on carpet/lounge.

Great location, big apartment. Everything you need. Awesome playgrounds nearby for kids. Pool was also a big hit.
Would deffinetly book again.
