Keep the price reasonable and we’ll come visit more. And get someone to look at that walkway it’s could be dangerous to

I like this hotel and I finally seen it was discounted a little so I jumped on it. The only thing I don’t like this time was my room location I was in room 315 and if you walk around that room you can see the walkway is very very slanted. My son couldn’t sleep all night afraid the level we were on was going to fall. I do like that level just that area probably should be looked at.

Excellent! A great stay, as always! I love this hotel, so do my kiddos!

I always stay here over the last few years and they are always so accommodating, easy to deal with, friendly and fast when it comes to needing something from the facility.

Cons:

I loved everything! Always a great stay! Me and my kiddos would’ve stayed another day, if we could!

Disappointing.
Pros:

Location, view, and staff. I’ve stayed here many times but something this time was not right.

Cons:

Elevator was out which wasn’t good for me as I’m disabled and can barely do stairs, bed was saggy and uncomfortable, asked for a few more pillows and never got them. Paid for 2 amenities ($400) that were not worth the money I paid. The reason I was getting them was because it was Valentines day and my husbands birthday. Very disappointed. Only got $2 back from the $50 deposit with no explanation. I’ve called twice and no one gives me an answer, just runs in a verbal circle.
