This is becoming our favorite place to stay! We also love Mist, so far from Seaside to Florence, I think Mist may have the best clam chowder.
I love the lower level rooms with the cement wall, great for having a cup of coffee and watching the ocean. I think I am going to book another trip soon!
The dvd player and the desk lady was super nice bought some Taft watch the goonies bed was comfy room was nice balcony was lovely.
If there was just a tad bit more soap in the shower but everything else was good. Or the coffee grounds in the coffee was kinda lame. But everything else I loved about it I still rate a 5/5 stay.
The view of the beach and ocean and the fireplace! I love that it was on a timer.
It was nice to have a microwave and refrigerator too.
The bed was uncomfortable. Maybe a new mattress is needed. The water faucet in the bathtub made a loud sneaky sound whenever the water was turned toward hot. The soap and shampoo was not good and one had actually been already used by a previous guest. It was almost empty so that was nasty. The coffee pot seemed a bit worn and could used replacement.

There was nothing I didnt like.
Easy to find, great view . We enjoyed the pool and hot tub.
We couldn't really use the balcony, too much bird poo on the deck and both chairs.
Toni at the front desk, did a wonderful job getting us a room with easy access. The restaurant food and service was good. We will return soon.
I thought the outside of all buildings needed pressure washed or repainted

Oceanview
The beds have some type of lining over the mattress so it was like sleeping on plastic and crunching sounds everytime you move. Also, the rooms were very hot and theres no ac here if you plan on staying in the summer it will be hot. Couldnt leave the sliding door open since there was no sceen door either
The staff were friendly and professional. The location is this hotel's best selling point.
My third time here and very disappointing by comparison. I was "upgraded" at no charge (or request) to a room with a fireplace. I'd have been happier to get my original room if it meant it would have been up to previous visits.
This time, the room was made up, but not really clean. The sink was clogged and the toilet had used bathroom tissue in it when I got there. I had to scrub the balcony chairs of weeks of seagull guano before I could use them. . And then they were not nearly as nice as the chairs I had on the balcony last time.
All in all, a big disappointment compared to previous visits.
Beachfront, despite being on the 4th floor we only had 1 flight of stairs from the parking lot and a elevator available if needed. Very family friendly. We would stay here again.
Having a broom in each room could be nice, it seems no matter how careful you try to be the sand makes it's way in. Would love to see the railings on the balcony upgraded someday as we were nervous with our youngest daughter trying to stick her head through.
Excellent location with beach access. Game room and pool was fun for the kids.
The room was clean and comfortable, and the view was amazing!
