Birthday getaway
Pros:

Access to the beach, location to shops, restaurants, and sceneey. The room was nice, very clean, and had plenty of room.

Cons:

The hot tub had so much chlorine, I could only stay in for a few minutes. My eyes hurt so bad, and nose was running for several hours. The facility itself was very nice. I loved all tge plants.

I liked it was ocean front. Easy access to the beach.

Cons:

The staff, the upgraded room, the orange ripped up chair for 1 person, cigarette burn on jacuzzi tub, upstairs occupant dragging furniture all hours of the night.

Pros:

The staff at the reception was very attentive and helped with check-in professionally and quickly! The price-quality ratio is perhaps the best in Lincoln City

Not worth the high prices.

Cons:

Furniture was rickety, we could not sit in one of chairs because it was not functional and had to bring in chairs from balcony to use. Beds were rough to sleep in and could feel springs in mattress and restroom toilet had a slow flush and kept plugging up some but then would eventually go down.

I was looking for quiet and solitude with an ocean view. I’d stay again in a heartbeat!
Pros:

Beautiful, full ocean view and though I didn’t use it, they have an indoor pool and workout gym. There is also a convenient restaurant on the grounds if you’d like a meal without a drive. What I loved most about the property was the staff. Every one of them was kind and welcoming! Just for the quality of the staff alone, I would stay here again. I plan on it!

Cons:

Although the photos of the rooms are the same layouts I would imagine. It appears some rooms have been renovated, some have not. Mine wasn’t. The fireplace would not fully turn off and the glass front would remain hot. Not so bad at night for the little extra warmth but during the day, if you closed the slider the heat would build. And the screen door to the slider needed replacement as it did not slide and would fall off the track. Nevertheless, I enjoyed sitting outside with that endless ocean view, which is why I came!

unresolved billing issues and poor follow-up left me disappointed.

I prepaid my stay through Booking.com and later upgraded my room for the second night after being quoted approximately $75 for the upgrade. After my stay, I was charged $170.26, which was significantly higher than expected. I contacted the hotel multiple times seeking an explanation and an itemized receipt and was told a manager would call me back, but I never received a response. The lack of communication and follow-up regarding a billing concern was very disappointing.
