Tolle Apartment-Unterkunft in wunderschöner Nachbarschaft
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist super ausgestattet und hat eine tolle Lage, da man zu Fuß in max. 10 Minuten am Strand ist. Die Betreiber sind toll und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Balkone laden zum Verweilen ein und die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Es passt alles!

Great location, beautiful room just beware of the stairs!
Pros:

The location is perfect. A short walk to the beach but far enough away that you aren’t disturbed by the noise of the centre. The view is beautiful from the huge windows running the full length of one of the walls.
The room is modern and spacious, very clean, with a comfortable bed and a sofa. Kitchen is well equipped and there is a table you can eat at. There is a washing machine, however, it is communal in the hallway and it was struggle to get access with it being used by other guests. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with great water pressure.
Orhan (sorry if I have spelt it wrong) was a wonderful host. Very welcoming and friendly.

Cons:

This is not a dislike but more of a “be aware”.
My room was in the very top of the building, which makes for the beautiful views! However, the stairs leading to it are curved tile/marble with no hand rail. It was very nerve wracking going down them. Don’t pick the top room if you have mobility issues or children. I slipped once and was very lucky not to injure myself.
Small issue is that there’s nowhere to hang towels or clothes to dry in the room. There was a small balcony near the washing machine but it was always used by other guests
The wardrobe is in an alcove and it’s not possible to hang full length clothes.

Everything, the location is amazing, the apartments are very clean and they are very well equiped with everything you need. The owner especially was a stand out for us. Mr. Ayhan was the sweetest soul and welcomed us so kindly. He gave us tea and watermelon and we had great chats together. If I come back I would definetly stay there again.

I can’t fault anything it was perfect.

Wir hatten 2 wunderschöne Appartements und einen tollen Urlaub in Akyaka
Pros:

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft ist modern, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Herr Ayhan war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Besonderheiten:
Lage: ca. 8 Minuten zu Fuß zum Meer – perfekt für Strandtage.
Großzügiger, heller Wohnbereich; ruhiger Schlafbereich.
Praktische Ausstattung (Waschmaschine, WLAN, TV und Spülmaschine).
Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen und empfehlen sie gerne writer.

Cons:

WLAN könnte besser sein.

Pros:

Совершенно замечательные аппартаменты. Очень продуманный комфортный номер, новая аккуратная мебель, очень чисто. На кухне есть абсолютно все необходимое. Посуда вся новая, есть посудомойка. Очень радушные хозяева и очень быстрое заселение. Отель на тихой улице, до моря метров 600 . Сам поселок ухоженный, много зелени и цветов. Добирались из аэропорта на такси, других вариантов нет. Это место для неспешного спокойного отдыха, есть кайтинг для любителей. Микроклимат приятнее, чем в Мармарисе, не так жарко. Но и море имеет свои особенности, так как рядом река, которая охлаждает воду в море. Для передвижений за пределы поселка необходим автомобиль, городской транспорт практически отсутствует.

Lovely self catering facility
Pros:

Lovely hosts, warm welcome
Room well appointed with good quality furnishings
Room described as twin, but actually double bed with a sofa bed, so all good

Cons:

We booked the loft which is at the top of a spiral stairwell,on the 3rd floor. On reflection a ground floor room would have suited but wasn't available on the booking site.
Would have liked a toaster
Card payment not an option

Fantastic Property at the Heart of Akyaka
Pros:

This is a fantastic property located in the heart of Akyaka. The view from the loft was beautiful, and the fully equipped kitchen and washing machine made our stay very convenient. The owner was exceptionally kind and helpful. We highly recommend this place!

Great stay for families and couples
Pros:

Ayhan is a great host, and extremely helpful whenever you have any request. The location of the property is pretty convenient and the view from the loft is picturesque.
