Very convenient location to train station. Clean, modern hotel.
Staff checking in were a little unfriendly.
Am stat acum doi ani,iar in prezent este clar îmbunătătit, în ceea ce privește micul dejun, acum mult mai diversificat.
Curățenie impecabilă ,locația peste drum de gară.
Cafeaua de la micul dejun,extrem de slabă, însă am solicitat ospătarului un espresso, care a fost in regulă.
Ca recomandare, pentru o locație atât de cochetă si atentă la detalii: ar fi util un espressor în sala de mese de la micul dejun.
Pentru mine si cred ca și pentru alții, contează o cafea bună si la îndemână sa ți începi dimineața

Very nice, clean, new hotel, next to the Milan Central Station. From the hotel to Duomo & City center, a 15-minute walk or a short Tram ride can do the job. Perfect location!
Very disappointing experience.
I requested a steamer by phone and it was delivered to my room without any paperwork to sign and without any explanation of usage conditions or collection policies.
When I returned to my room later that evening, the steamer had been removed. Reception informed me that staff had entered my room and taken it back. No one had informed me that it would be collected after 30 minutes, and no attempt was made to contact me beforehand, despite the hotel having my phone number and email. My “Do Not Disturb” sign was also displayed on the door.
What concerned me most was being told that I had signed a document acknowledging this policy. I never signed any document, and the signature shown to me was not mine.
Entering a guest’s room without notice for a non-emergency matter and then claiming a guest signed a document they never signed is completely unacceptable.
This experience left me questioning both the hotel's respect for guest privacy and its professionalis

الغرفة مريحة جداً يومياً بتتنظف طبعاً بتعلقو الورقة عالباب منشان ينظفوها
ما اخذنا فطور الكافيهات والمخابز بكل مكان (هاذ الشيء اختياري )
الموظف عبد القادر تعاملة اكثر من رائع بحكي عربي وبساعد بكل شيء يقدر علية
إجمالا الموظفين ودودين وبساعدو كثير الاستقبال رائع
