Overall, great experience with friendly staff and very clean facilities. No phone charging ports and lack of drawers fo

Convenient location for trains, taxis, metro, etc.; super accommodating staff; very clean facilities; comfortable rooms - we stayed in a junior suite and parents in deluxe double; small balconies in the rooms; our suite on the 7th floor had floor to ceiling windows and rooms are completely sound proof; pillow menu; complementary water; and housekeeping doesn't bother you.

Cons:

No phone charging ports; lacked dresser drawers for clothes; only a closet with a few shelves; tub was slippery but they provided a tub mat upon request and went out of their way to find one for us.
