Pros:

Lovely front desk staff! Dinner at the restaurant was terrific. Unfortunately we were there just long enough for dinner, a good night's sleep, and up at the crack of dawn to catch a train to Malpensa. I would certainly recommend this chain for anyone traveling in Europe.
