Pros:

Location is very good.

Cons:

The receptionist can't speak English, communication is very difficult. No water and breakfast is offered, very inconvenient for visitors.

Lovely staff, close to town centre, great value for money
Pros:

Lovely staff - the lady on reception was very kind and welcoming, and also the lady who served breakfast. The room was great value for money - clean, comfortable, with all the essentials. It's very close to the town centre where there are lots of cafes, restaurants, shops etc.

Cons:

Bathroom was very small but it was ok.

Das für mich beste Hotel in der ganzen Region.
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage in der Stadt aber nicht an der lauten Hauptstraße.
Die Ausstattung ist gut. Alles in meinem Zimmer hat funktioniert. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und schön.
Aber das allerbeste sind die Mitarbeitenden.
Das Personal ist freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.
Ich hatte ein privates Problem bei dem mir die Hotelmanagerin mit ihren Kontakten und türkischen Sprachkenntnissen sehr weiterhelfen hat.
Die Hilfsbereitschaft war viel größer als das was man als Hotelgast erwarten darf.

Cons:

Nichts hat mich gestört.
