A very stressful stay due to the locked bathroom, slow communication, and lack of consideration from the host.
Pros:

Our stay was very stressful due to several issues. Around 6 PM on our first evening, the bathroom door suddenly locked and could not be opened. We contacted the host immediately but did not receive a response until the next day, forcing us to leave the unit and use a public restroom overnight.

The host mentioned there was a key for each door knob inside the apartment, but the bathroom key did not work. I even recorded videos showing that the key did not match the lock. When maintenance finally arrived, they confirmed that the bathroom key indeed did not work and the door knob had to be replaced.

Communication was slow throughout the situation. I informed the host that I was in a business meeting, but instead of understanding the inconvenience caused by the unit’s issue, we were pressured to return immediately and were told that cleaners might remove our belongings and place them at the concierge if we did not come back in time.

Additionally, the second bedroom had a strong urine-like odor, which made the room uncomfortable to use.

Nice apartment and nice pool.

Cons:

Pool cost extra and was closed for a full day for cleaning. Gym was also closed for a full day for cleaning.
