Cons:

I didn’t like reception conversation and their behaivior because I wanted tranfers they didn’t looked normal me and said expensive money for their tranfers that’s was bad for me 🥹🥹🥹

Pros:

La propreté et les femmes de ménages sympas et discrètes !
Serveurs, certains se sont démenés pour nous, un homme d’un certain âge qui s’occupe de la terrasse extérieure, le matin et le midi, vraiment exceptionnel

We love the trip. It is a it far from Antalya airport but it is certainly friendly place and nice facilities
Pros:

It is clean, plenty of food. Facilities are good, it is close to the beach, we enjoyed it very much. Staff is very friendly

Cons:

Please start labelling all food with allergens. We should be able to choose to eat something without asking staff all the time. Also staff tried to help but the language barrier prevented it sometime. Also smoking, in most European countries smoking n public places are not permitted. It was hard to enjoy weather and sit anywhere without someone smoking next to you. Can you please split sites for designated smoking and non smoking areas.

Pros:

Отличный отель, чисто, уютно, еда вкусная и очень разнообразная, голодным не останешься никогда! Персонал очень отзывчивый, я заболела в последний день, и работники кухни насыпали мне в чашечки соду, соль, мед! Это очень мило 🙂

Excellent place to stay for the relaxation and the beach vacation.
Pros:

We liked everything - spacious clean rooms, new facilities, delicious food at the restaurant (special thanks to the restaurant staff members Buvajan, Enajan, Suhrab, Diana, Jebbar, Sultan, Dastan, Kadir, Mehmet and Karagos), ice cream at the cafe, big swimming pool, evening concerts programs, morning yoga, aqua yoga, the gym facility. The beach is not on the "front line", you have to walk about 100 meters, but they keep the hotel beach area very clean, offering also a food and beverages there which is very convenient. The freshly made traditional turkish snack "gözleme" (freshly baked bread with filled cheese and spinach) was so delicious! The hotel also threw an Oktoberfest party with the live performance of the musical band and barbeque food. We enjoyed a lot our stay! Thank you!

Cons:

There is nothing which we didn't like. Our stay was very pleasant.

Pros:

Great renewed modern hotel. Large and clean rooms, quiet, well equipped. Sea very close. Kitchen was amaizing - so wide range of food, every day could find smth new and most important - tasty! Realy we enjoyed it and recomend to everyone. Special thanks to Muratersin, he made our holidays more happier.

Cons:

Realy disturbed smoking persons - they were lot and most sad point, that there were not divided smoking areas from none smokers, even during the meals. About this point hotel realy need to think.
Some of staff members could be more polite and friendly.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen
Pros:

Sehr gepflegte Anlage, mit freundlichem Personal. International belegt. Mit ein paar Englisch Kenntnissen geht’s. Aber viele vom Personal sprechen auch gut deutsch. Die mediterrane Küche ist sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind groß und komfortabel. Und wir hatten genug Ablagen für unsere Sachen! (Weil das von einigen kritisiert wurde.) Der ZimmerService ist hervorragend. Der Strand ist etwas steinig und bei Wellengang muss man auf die Felsen im Wasser achten. Da prellt man sich schnell mal einen Zeh 😝 Mit dem Bus ist man für 1,50€ p. P. schnell in Alanya oder das Hotel vermittelt für kleines Geld gute Leihwagen. Hat in unserem Fall sehr gut geklappt. Und wer mit den AI. Getränken nicht zu frieden ist hat gegen kleines Geld auch eine große Auswahl sehr guter Cocktails.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig. Vor allem, wenn die Russische Mama mit ihren liebsten um Mitternacht telefoniert. 🤣 oder irgendein Rauchmelder mitten in der Nacht Alarm schreit……
Am Büffet stehen eine Vielzahl von sehr leckeren Gewürzen. Leider aber ohne Beschriftung. Hätte mich sehr interessiert mit was ich das Essen würzen kann 😋

Wit kommen wieder!
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert. Smart aber fein. Alles war sauber und alle Angestellten super freundlich. Das Essen bzw. die Küche ist sehr gut. Nähe zu Alanya war für uns noch ein Pluspunkt für Shopping und Ausgang. Herzlichen Dank für alles!

Wir waren von der außergewöhnlichen Gastfreundlichkeit und der herzlichen Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals zutiefst begeistert.
Die stilvolle und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Inneneinrichtung des Hotels – insbesondere die elegante Lobby, das gemütliche Restaurant und das charmante Café – sowie die modernen, großzügigen, komfortablen und sehr sauberen Hotelzimmer waren schlichtweg atemberaubend!
Es gab rund um die Uhr kulinarische Angebote (wenn ich mich richtig erinnere, sogar bis etwa 1 oder 2 Uhr nachts), was den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht hat.
Das Konzept mit dem hoteleigenen Café ist nicht nur originell, sondern auch wortwörtlich süß – ein liebevoll gestalteter Ort, den wir sehr häufig und mit großer Freude besucht haben.
Vielen herzlichen Dank für die wundervolle, entspannte und unvergessliche Zeit. Wir hoffen sehr auf ein baldiges Wiedersehen!
