The hotel's policy did not mention anywhere that couples are not allowed. If this restriction had been clearly stated before booking, I would not have made the reservation. Since I was denied check-in due to an undisclosed policy, I request a full refund. It is unfair to charge a cancellation fee when the restriction was not mentioned at the time of booking. Kindly process my refund at the earliest.

Rooms were samll in size. Gallery was full of pigon's dropping with bad smell in the room.
