Ein wunderbares Erlebnis in einer wunderschönen Stadt.
Pros:

Das Hotel hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und die Sauberkeit des Hotels ist auf hohem Niveau. Es gibt einen großen, kostenlosen Parkplatz mit Videoüberwachung und physischem Sicherheitsdienst. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis: eine glatte Zehn. 😊

Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen – nur 7 km vom Flughafen entfernt, etwa 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich, jederzeit hilfsbereit und geht aufmerksam auf die Bedürfnisse der Gäste ein.
Die Sauberkeit im Hotel ist auf hohem Niveau, und das Essen ist ausgezeichnet. Besonders habe ich die regionalen Spezialitäten genossen.

Osoblje hotela je najvrijednije ono što hotel ima. U isto vrijme hotelu teba lagani Make-Up.
Pros:

Osoblje je odlično. Soba je bila prilično velika. Čistoća je OK. Mirno je i tiho. Izvrsna vrijednost za novac. Veselim se ponovnom dolasku.

Cons:

Između parkinga i parkirališta - doslovce 10m udaljenosti - snijeg nije bio očišćen i stvorila se poledica!! Na to bi trebalo paziti jer mi koji dolazimo poslovno imamo onda problem ako se nešto dogodi.

Predrago i ljubazno osoblje hotela ali baš svi! Zbog njih se osjecaš dobrodošlo i kao kod kuce. Čistoca objekta koja je na zavidnoj razini. Restoran s dobrim izborom jela i to ukusnih jela i svakako dobar doručak. Natkriven parking...

It would have been awesome, but the cigarette stench ruined it for me.
Pros:

The room was comfortable, nice bathroom, comfortable beds. Breakfast was excellent, great variety of food. The staff was very friendly, the restaurant was awesome.

Cons:

Smoking is allowed in some areas of the hotel, and unfortunately the smell of cigarettes in certain places—including the hallways—was unbearable. Even though we had a non-smoking room, the odor still carried through and affected our stay. We visited many places during our trip to Bosnia and Herzegovina, and this was the only hotel where cigarette smoke was an issue. Had we known this in advance, we would have chosen a different property.

Cleanliness & Maintenance: The overall cleanliness of the hotel was unsatisfactory. The furniture is very old, worn out, and gives off an unpleasant odor. The facilities appear poorly maintained.
• Noise & Smoking: The room was noisy, and there was a strong smell of smoking throughout the hotel. It seemed uncontrolled both by guests and by management, which made the stay uncomfortable.
• Breakfast & Service: The breakfast provided was below standard, lacking both quality and variety. In addition, the level of professionalism and courtesy shown by the staff did not meet expectations.
