Hôtel très agréable à tous points de vue
Pros:

Pour la première fois, j'ai séjourné dans une chambre single qui ne ressemblait pas à un placard ! La chambre était spacieuse pour une single, au dernier étage, très tranquille et propre, bien aménagée, avec plateau de courtoise. Les employés sont charmants et serviables. Le buffet de petit déjeuner est copieux. Etablissement très accessible depuis la gare avec le tram 3 (en 7 min.) Bref, un 3 étoiles mieux que certains 4 étoiles :-)

Very good.
Pros:

The staff was very helpful and could accommodate promptly all my enquiries. The hotel was clean.

Cons:

I was staying at the 3rd floor and was there for exams so I needed a good night rest and I could hear very clearly and loud until late people walking upstairs due to wooden floor. This is a building issue.

Sehr zu empfehlen
Pros:

Besonders freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal- sehr hilfsbereit. Ausserdem ist die Lage perfekt für einen kulturellen Stadtbesuch. Kunsthaus und Oper sind nahe . Dabei ist das Hotel sehr ruhig ohne Straßenlärm. Parken ist auch gut gelöst.

Hotel piccolo pulito e accogliente. Personale molto gentile e professionale. Fermata del tram vicinissima con collegamenti al centro perfetti.

Pros:

Temiz, konforlu, yardımsever, problem çözücü, yapıcı bir ekip. Oda ferah. Isınma tam yerinde. Şehir merkezinin tam içinde değil ancak yürüme mesafesinde. Teşekkür ederiz.
