Pros:

Thank goodness for the air conditioning during summer. The room is also spacious and conveniently located near some cafes and restaurants.

Cons:

Blinds would have been helpful instead of having the air conditioner behind the curtains. Overall, happy with the room.

Great location but lacking Air Conditioning

Great location! Right by the tram line

Cons:

It was extremely hot both in the lobby and in our room. We requested a fan but they didn’t have any to provide. We were on a side of the building that didn’t have any airflow so opening a window wasn’t an option. We chose this hotel because it said it had A/C but it didn’t work.

Prima hotel voor kort verblijf.
Pros:

We hadden een ruime kamer met een zithoek met waterkoker en koffie en thee. Goede bedden, alles was schoon, de airco werkte goed. Prima douche. Op loopafstand van het centrum. Parkeren voor de deur, tegen betaling.

Etape très confortable
Pros:

Cet hôtel a beaucoup de qualités, dont le calme du quartier où il se trouve. Il n'est pas très loin du centre, mais il faut préciser qu'il se trouve sur une hauteur, donc pour "descendre en ville" ça va, mais pour remonter, quand on est vieux et tout cassé, c'est plus problématique. Il y a bien sûr des tramways, mais le temps de trouver la(les) ligne(s) et la manière d'acheter des tickets, autant dire qu'on a plus vite fait à pied. L'accueil est à la fois sympathique et professionnel. L'hôtel est parfaitement tenu, rien à dire. Chambre sous les toits, mais avec ascenseur et air conditionné. On n'entend même pas les tramways passer sous les fenêtres. Le parking dont vous pouvez disposer, à condition d'arriver assez tôt et qu'il y ait encore de la place, est très appréciable pour les personnes handicapées.

Cons:

Ci-dessous, ce ne sont pas des choses que je n'ai pas appréciées, mais des remarques qui peuvent être utiles à d'autres voyageurs :
- tout d'abord, le "parking privé de l'hôtel" est en fait une utilisation (autorisée bien sûr) de trottoirs au pied de l'hôtel, et d'un petit renfoncement à côté. Donc on paie à l'hôtel au lieu de payer à la ville. Mais pour être tout à fait clair, il est sans aucune protection particulière, et il faut donc vider la voiture comme si on se garait en ville au bord d'un trottoir.
- ensuite, mais l'hôtel n'y peut rien, Zurich est une ville hyper chère, et donc si l'on veut être en centre ville avec un parking d'hôtel, il faut y mettre le prix. Personnellement, la nuit d'hôtel, deux places d'opéra et le dîner constituent dans cette ville un luxe (trois fois plus cher que Paris à titre d'exemple) que je ne pourrai pas renouveler : dommage, mais c'est ainsi.

Great Hotel
Pros:

We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The room was beautiful, spacious, and spotlessly clean, with a large bathroom that was excellent. The air conditioning worked perfectly, making the room very comfortable, especially during the warm weather. A special thank you to Magi at reception, who made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Her friendly and helpful service made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

It was a wonderful experience and our family of 4 had an amazing time.
Pros:

It was a great location and very close to a metro stop. Made it so easy to travel all around Zurich. They had a washer and dryer that we used which was very helpful as we were halfway through our 3 week trip. We found a lovely cafe basically next door which we visited each morning for a cafe latte.

Cons:

Nothing it was wonderful.
