Great stay, with a few niggles
Pros:

Athithi Resorts is located in a quiet location, yet very close to the main attractions in Yelagiri such as Fundera Park and Yelagiri lake. The rooms were spacious, clean and well-equipped. The attached balcony and small garden provided sufficient place and ambience to sit and relax.

The road leading up to the stay was narrow for the last couple of kms, but in good condition. There was sufficient parking space where 4 cars can fit comfortably.

The staff were polite and helpful. The complimentary breakfast prepared in-house was homely and sufficient in quantity.

Cons:

The only major issue during the stay was the spring mattress in our room, which was highly uncomfortable due to extreme motion transfer. Every time my wife or child made a minor movement, the entire bed shook and swayed, making it feel like we were lying on a boat in the middle of waves. It made it incredibly difficult to fall asleep. If you are a light sleeper or traveling with family, be aware that the beds (at least in the room we stayed in) do not isolate movement at all.

The other minor issue was the absence of clothes hanging rod in our bathroom.

Average stay at Yelagiri
Pros:

Liked the hospitality and their willingness to help and accommodate our needs. Food was basic but fresh and tasty. Rooms and rest rooms were spacious but everything else was very average.

Cons:

The rooms were dusty and we all got dust allergies. Even though they changed the room but it had other challenges like flush not working properly, ac water dripping, couches were very dirty, duvets not having cover and bed was super uncomfortable. They should do proper deep cleaning before having guests and improve on the above points.
