It is renevated but dose not look like the images on booking.com and bathrooms are shared but it was my bad for not reading the description thoroughly

Pros:

Location was great... easy access to all close by shopping and local places to visit

Cons:

It was extremely cold and the heating in the bedroom did not work... even though they provided a replacement heater it was not good enough to keep us warm through the night.

Great location
Room was nice but no bathroom

Cons:

Room had photos on booking.com with bathroom and not indicated that it had a shared bathroom so was very disappointed to find out it was a shared bathroom. Also we had a group of men at 12am to 2:30am singing, shouting and yelling so loud which was completely ruined our stay.

Pros:

The room was gorgeous, clean, spacious. The staff were so friendly and fun.
The food was literally spectacular.

Cons:

Unfortunately the let down was the cleaning staff at 4am until 5.30am, they were so loud and it was so annoying, it ruined a great experience by everyone else

Lovely place. Good spot. Great caffe opposite. A little bit noisy.
Pros:

I loved the staff especially as my plane was late and I was hiring a car and driving over one and a quarter hours it was going to miss the meal service. They said no worries what would you like and made it and keep it for me until I arrived which I thought was fantastic. It's a beautiful old pub exactly like an old original country pub

Cons:

It was a bit noisy with trucks driving past using engine brakes so I would recommend some ear plugs, and I was not a fan of the shared bathroom down the end of the corridor even though they were seem to be no one on my floor I didn't read that or notice that when I was booking.
The bathroom was fine and clean but it's law when you get up in the night to go to the bathroom you've got to put a t-shirt on and hope noones coming down the corridor while you're going up the other way.
A first world problem really.

Room was really comfortable, loads of thoughtful touches (slippers, nice toiletries etc), staff were really friendly and super accommodating, food was great, good all round!
