Its good room was ok.
Ot was clean

Cons:

1)The tv wasn't starting since while booking it was cleared to state that tv was also available.
2)soap or handwash isn't available there in my room.
3)We refused to pay the extra cost for the running rice but the receptionist was arguing for the extra cost for the running rice also which was quite annoying.

I made a mistake
Pros:

The only good thing is location rest all is pathetic

Cons:

Room service was pathetic. We asked for tea but they didn’t serve after 40 minutes when I complained then we got. There is no television although it was shown in room description at the time of booking. Geyser was not working. They charged double for my 12 years kid but only one towel given for 3 persons. Breakfast is included in room tariff but they give only 4 paratha for 3 persons. When I asked for one more they said it will take 15 minutes. Room is full of insects. If you are with family then not recommended.

Neat and clean, good staff and great location
Pros:

This property offers one of the best views of kanchanjunga from pelling. It was maintained very well. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Please do visit this place. Value for money

Pros:

It was a good experience. The room was big enough. The toilet was clean. The breakfast was delicious. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The terrace view was nice. Both the monastery can be covered well from this hotel.
