May time family holiday
Pros:

Staff were amazing and the food was really good. Some rooms were a little dated. I liked it that the rooms stayed nice and cool. Receptionists Lisett and Sandra were both very helpful. Rooms cleaned very well and reception smells lovely.

Great hotel close to everything
Pros:

Huge room, requested ground floor pool view as recently recovering from knee surgery and they sorted this for me so less steps for pool and bar.
The staff are great, always have a smile on their face. Special shoutout to the lady at the pool bar.

Cons:

The only thing I wasn’t big on was the food. I found something to eat each night I ate at the restaurant but did eat out a few nights.

Pool bar 0% alkahol for 7 euros gin and tonic. Buy beer if you are not allinclusive
Pros:

Beautiful hotel in every way but dont expect to have alkhahol in the Poolbar if you order like Gin and tonic. Never again, buy beer not strong alkahol. 7 euros for sódavatn thank's for nothing

Marvellous holiday
Pros:

Just returned home from a wonderful holiday at this beautiful hotel, could not fault it at all, the food was amazing 😋 lovely helpful staff very clean and comfortable, special touch when we arrive at 9.15pm was bottled water in the fridge, bottle of wine and a cold supper brought to our room 😊 who could ask for more ❤️

Pros:

Estaba bien.

Cons:

El ruido constante de guaguas y coches pasando. Cambiaría las almohadas y el cabezal de la ducha.

Siempre que puedo voy a este lugar porque me siento como en casa,el personal muy agradable.
Sheyla la del bar piscina una chica muy agradable y cercana y como no Sandra de recepción,la verdad que todo el personal porque Daniel el chico de recepción También.

Cons:

Nada,porque siempre son muy serviciales,cuando he tenido algún problema ( cosas simples) siempre me lo solucionan.

It was great overall. Good food, nice straff and good weather

I was close to the pool and had a good view
