The location and lobby were great.

Cons:

The rooms had no provisions for tea/coffee. No milk was provided. They did not refresh the supplies. Although we had all inclusive no water bottles were provided.

Esittelyssä olisi pitänyt mainita että uima-allas oli liian syvä . Matalemmassakaan päässä ei jalat yltänyt pohjaan 9 vuotiaalla. Lapset kuitenkin odottavat juurikin uimista. Varmasti monelle iso iso pettymys. Tästä iso iso --.

The size of the room was spacious, but the bed for a couple and comfort was horrible, twin bed are not acceptable my request was ignored.

Cons:

The "all inclusive didi not meet the standards, asking to pay in cash for a beach towel is absurd to me , the staff from the reception to the dinning area need different approach to the word hospitality.
staff unfriendly are the following Sandra the manager for the receptionist needs to be trained.
Fabiana never eve smiled or approached us, i thought she sold tours.

Some associate where excellent like Mayra and Mario.

L’hotel è situato a 5 minuti a piedi dal mare e vicinissimo alla fermata del bus

Läget, maten, städningen och viss del av personalen var mycket bra.

Cons:

Vi beställde väckning tidigt på avresemorgon, som inte fungerade. Löfte om väckning som inte sker får inte förekomma.

Wyjazd rodzinny (2 dorosłych + dzieci 9 i 11 lat)Lokalizacja genialna. Blisko plaża. Super miejsce na różne spacery (np. wydmy). Basen z podgrzewaną wodą (woda cieplejsza niż w oceanie). Ręczniki na leżak dostępne. Śniadania codziennie bardzo podobne ale bardzo duży wybór. Obiady - duży wybór. Kolacja również bardzo duży wybór. Każdy coś dla siebie znajdzie. Jest dużo pysznych warzyw i owoców. Makarony, pizza. Mięso i ryby - codziennie. Degustacja różnych alkoholi. Śniadania od 8:00 do 10:30, obiady od 13:00 do 15:00, kolacje od 18:00 do 21:00. W między czasie możliwość korzystanie z baru przy basenie. Lody, kawa, herbata, przekąski, alkohol. Personel bardzo miły. Pani, która sprzątała nasz pokój zawsze uprzejma i pomocna. Poprosiliśmy ją o dodatkową pościel dla dzieci i wszystko nam przygotowała. I jeszcze jedna super sprawa. Przyjechaliśmy do hotelu około 13:00 (doba hotelowa zaczyna się od 15:00). Pani z recepcji od razu zaprosiła nas na obiad abyśmy spokojnie przy obiedzie mogli poczekać na pokój. Powrót mieliśmy późnym popołudniem. Pokój zdaliśmy o 11:00 natomiast mogliśmy wrócić na obiad o 13:00 co było dla nas super ponieważ o 13:30 musieliśmy jechać już na lotnisko. Parking w pobliżu jest bezpłatny, zawsze znaleźliśmy miejsce (uwaga w środę i sobotę jest lokalny targ - wówczas trudniej z parkingiem) Serdecznie dziękujemy za wspaniałe wakacje :)
