Mejoraría los Snacks, el resto de instalaciones están muy bien
Pros:

En general la estancia fue muy buena, el personal agradable, la ubicación bastante bien para poder salir y dar un paseo, las habitaciones muy bien, amplias y limpias, la zona de la piscina no estaba tan llena de gente y las comidas en el buffet estaban bien, variadas, tenías un poco de todo.

Cons:

Si tengo que poner alguna pega en los snacks, la variedad no existe y es muy escueta, para un todo incluido, es por tener las comidas de desayuno, almuerzo y cena, pero entre medias, no es una gran cosa, son un poco escasas.

Great staff, perfect little hotel

The staff were brilliant, the food was one of the best I have eaten in a 4 star.

Cons:

Siivoojat eivät tervehtineet ja olivat ynseän oloisisia. Ohjelmat olivat iltaisin kovaäänisiä ja kestivät yllättävän myöhälle. Ruoka oli ihan ok, ei mitään ihmeellistä. Huone oli melko epäsiisti ja sängyt ja tyynyt aika kehnoja.

La ubicación es genial y el apartamento era muy nuevo.

Lo único que no me gustó es que la televisión no se veía, pero no tuve mucho tiempo para verla así que no fue gran problema.

Personal de recepción se negó a dejarme entrar a mi hijo menor de 3 años por ser una reserva para 2 adultos, se supone que menores entran gratis, no me dieron solución ni ofreciéndome a abonar complemento o diferencia alguna, nefasto trato por parte de Yaiza de recepción.
