I like small properties. This hotel is perfect for me. It is simple yet all done in good taste. Beds are comfortable, and rooms are clean.
-No viewer on the door for room 201
-small bathroom, it was tight and the garbage can was inconvenient because we needed to move it around if I were by the lavatory or the toilet.
-I had to ask for a hand soap
-no refrigerator inside the rooms, but the staff was kind enough to allow me to put my items inside the kitchen pantry refrigerator. I didn’t want to put it in the common refrigerator down the hall. -windows are not soundproof, we could hear every loud motorcycle, trucks and patrol car’s siren,
They let us check out late due to one of our guests being sick. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating

A new clean hotel in the main city area (though on the periphery). Staff are accomodating and helpful. Breakfast is ordered individually and is quite good. It has a small but cute swimming pool. They provided me with free transporation to the aiprort.
The hotel is located on a relatively busy road and across form a noisy venue. So one should ask for a room on the other side near the swimming pool (they moved me after I asked for this). Breakfast, while good, can take a while to serve if there are a lot of other guests. The hotel is not as centrally located as some of the other major hotels in the city.

I could have used some help hauling my bags from the reception area to my room
This is a nice boutique hotel located north of downtown - but only a 15 minute walk or short trike ride away and also only about 15 minute van ride from the airport. The rooms are clean, tastefully decorated and decent sized with good AC. There are a lot of tasty breakfast options that can be ordered. The staff are very helpful, also arranging transportation to the city and a (free) van ride to the airport. The hotel is a bit more expensive than most other hotels in the region but based on feedback from colleagues also in town it is also nicer. There is a nice small swimming pool in the back.
The hotel is located across from semi-outdoor venue with loud music until well past midnight. It is thus advisable to ask for a room on a higher floor at the back of the hotel to avoid the noise. The elevator wasn't working when I was there (later fixed) but staff helped me lug my bag to the room. The water pressure in the shower was a bit weak. Breakfast can be a bit of a wait if the breakfast area is full. Several other hotels are more centrally located to downtown and somewhat cheaper though mostly not of the same quality.
Нереально шумная дорога, которую будет слышно из любого номера. По ночам, если спите относительно чутко, вас будут будить постоянно сигналящие грузовики и автобусы, в также трещащие мотоциклы. Либо беруши, либо на х.. такое, учитывая ценник в 100$ за ночь, что для Думагете просто космос…
La piscine, très beau cadre ombragé, la gentillesse du personnel.
Le breakfast est "minable" , par rapport au prix de la chambre et par rapport à tous les autres hôtels que nous avons pris aux Philippines. Tout est en supplément, pas de jus de fruit frais, pas de buffet....très très indigne de la catégorie de l'hotel.

The front rooms are a little loud when Motorbikes or trucks pass

Pas de récupération au ferry comme prévu / chambre super bruyante : moto musique et cris jusqu’à 3 heures du matin / pas d’eau chaude

Très bruyant car côté rue, en face d’un bar avec billard et musique jusqu’à 2h du matin toutes les nuits et chambre mal insonorisée.
Petit déjeuner léger
Rooms and hotel area and pool were fabulous, gorgeous, clean, exactly like the photos.
They were also really great with my kid.
Location-wise, I wished for easier access to a beach I could swim in. But at least the hotel was near both the airport and port, so that made travel easier.
Hôtel moderne très bien entretenu, chambre grande et confortable. Salle de bain agréable. Navette gratuite pour l'aéroport (pas de stress le matin)
Le prix des boissons sur le roof top est trop élevé pour les philippines. (Cocktail très moyen en plus). Pas de petit-déjeuner à emporter (départ à 5h30) malgré qu'il soit payé avec la chambre. OSB en déco, bof bof...
