Wir haben das Hotel eine Nacht vor der Safari und eine Nacht nach der Safari genutzt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, aufgeschlossen und hilfsbereit. Am letzten Tag hatten wir vor unserem Flug noch Zeit. Dann wurde uns ein Taxi mit einem Guide gerufen, welcher uns besondere Orte in Arusha gezeigt hat. Das war sehr einfach. Das Restaurant ist 24 Stunden offen. Für unsere zweite Nacht haben wir ein Upgrade bekommen. Gepäck durften wir während der Safari kostenlos lagern. Das Frühstück war unfassbar gut! Es gab keine Komplikationen!

Cons:

Das Menü im Restaurant ist ein wenig verwirrend, da sie dir erst ein ganz anderes zeigen und erst auf Nachfrage ein vollständiges Menü geben. Bei der ersten Nacht gab es kein warmes Wasser. Es war ein wenig dreckig, vor allem im Dusch-Bereich. Das Essen meines Mannes war sehr trocken und kaum essbar (das waren die Beef-Rips). Das Personal der ersten Nacht war nicht so freundlich wie bei der zweiten.

Nice hotel with a decent pool. I stayed here before getting picked up for safari, which I imagine is what most people use it for as there's not much nearby!

Very nice hotel, I would definitely return.
Pros:

Really nice hotel, rooms new, sparkly clean, very attentive personnel; breakfast buffet with many dessert bread options, juices, about four stews, eggs station, cereals, etc. Security 24/7.

Cons:

Wish there was an elevator, although staff brings all luggage up to third floor.

The property looks more beautiful in real life than in pictures. The staff are so friendly, the space is very clean and the food is 10/10 and it’s a very safe property. I highly recommend it for anyone coming to Arusha

Cons:

The bed sheets were wet, and the check in into my room was very delayed. I had to ask them three times to replace the bedding with dry bedding, and ended up being so cold and got sick from the wet bed sheets.
