Comfortable stay. Good facilities and pool
Pros:

Nice hotel with a decent pool. I stayed here before getting picked up for safari, which I imagine is what most people use it for as there's not much nearby!

Very nice hotel, I would definitely return.
Pros:

Really nice hotel, rooms new, sparkly clean, very attentive personnel; breakfast buffet with many dessert bread options, juices, about four stews, eggs station, cereals, etc. Security 24/7.

Cons:

Wish there was an elevator, although staff brings all luggage up to third floor.

The property looks more beautiful in real life than in pictures. The staff are so friendly, the space is very clean and the food is 10/10 and it’s a very safe property. I highly recommend it for anyone coming to Arusha

Cons:

The bed sheets were wet, and the check in into my room was very delayed. I had to ask them three times to replace the bedding with dry bedding, and ended up being so cold and got sick from the wet bed sheets.

Bom custo benefício pra quem se hospeda 1 noite antes ou depois de fazer um Safari.
Pros:

O atendimento dos funcionários foi o melhor que recebemos em 2 semanas na Tanzânia.

Cons:

O hotel tem uma foto de uma TV conectada ao Netflix na galeria de fotos do Booking.com, mas nenhuma das TVs dos quartos se conecta ao Netflix, segundo os próprios funcionários do hotel. Isso foi um pouco decepcionante.

O hotel possui uma foto da TV com o símbolo da Netflix, na galeria de fotos do Booking. Tentamos acessar a Netflix na TV, e os funcionários nos disseram não ser possível, pois nenhuma das TVs do quartos teriam acesso ao Netflix. Isso foi um pouco decepcionante.

Friendly, the reception team were especially good, I had some late tour guides and the ladies on reception chased them up relentlessly.
The restaurant was nice.
Comfortable room too.
