Well located (close Hollywood bl), clean, very big, well equipped, only - is noise isolation
Pros:

Bien localisé (proche du Hollywood boulevard), propre, grand, bien équipé, stationnement sécuritaire

Cons:

Ça ne peut pas être modifié, mais logement un peu mal isolé, on entend les locataire du haut et on nous a demandé d'être attentif au bruit qu'on faisait pour locataire du bas. Ca ne nous a pas dérangé, comme nous ne sommes pas très bruyants et nous nous levions aux memes heures que les locataires du haut, mais vaut la peine d'être mentionné.

It was a far walk from Hollywood may strip drive was 2 min but walking it was far

Overall a satisfactory experience
Pros:

Location was very good and the facilities were very good

Cons:

The property should be maintained a bit better as the cupboards and beds were in a rundown condition. Also once a day someone should come around to dust and clean

We would definitely recommend it.
Pros:

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. The communication with the staff was excellent, and everything went smoothly. The location was great, close to the metro and the main attractions. We would definitely recommend it.

Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment has breathtaking views with floor-to-ceiling windows that make the space feel bright and spacious. The location is perfect, just minutes from Hollywood's main attractions. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with all the amenities you'd expect. Great parking. We'd definitely stay here again!

Cons:

However, we're disappointed with the cleanliness of the apartment. The floors were extremely dirty and sticky and some surfaces didn't feel clean enough to touch. I would recommend changing the cleaning service, as this was the only thing that took away from an otherwise great stay.

My overall stay is a pleasant surprise in spite of the small concerns I mentioned above.
Pros:

The place is clean and ready for us. The staff communicates with me in a timely manner and keeps checking me.

Cons:

The beddings smells stinky. No dental kits and no laundry detergent .
The coffee machine is not working

それぞれの部屋にバスルームがあるので家族で一緒に旅行しながらプライベートな空間もあるところが良かった！
食器、タオル、食器や洗濯用洗剤などが揃っていて助かった！

Cons:

宿の住所が予約後に送られてきた場所とずれていて思っていたよりも駅から離れた場所になってしまった。3部屋あって広いから管理が大変だと思うけどリネンにシミがあったからもう少し清掃が行き届いていて欲しかった

別の施設を選んだ方がいい。致命的な故障があっても一生修理されないため旅が台無しになる
Cons:

2ユニットあるシャワーのうち一つ目が初日に壊れた。一週間超の滞在だったので施設に連絡をしたが直ることはなく1ユニットで過ごすしかなかった。
その際施設の対応が酷かったので箇条書きにする。

・スタッフがビジネスメールをかけない。連絡の一言目にHeyとか書いてある。
・修理業者と本部の連絡がまともに取れてない。合計2回修理の依頼をしたようだが、私の部屋に修理業者が来なかった。2度目は必ず直すと確約させたにもかかわらずこの体たらく。また報連相もできておらず一週間業者から本部への連絡がないのでわかりまへんの一点張りだった。
・ブラインドが突貫で直してあって速攻外れた
・電源プラグがぶっ壊れていてwifiか照明のどちらかを諦める必要があった。
・netflixが見れると書いてあるにもかかわらず見れない
・予約前に宿泊場所の位置はチャイニーズシアターの1ブロック先と表示されるが、実際は徒歩30分以上先の場所

これよりブッキングドットコムに返金申請をするところ。

nice location , nice apartment within a 2 minute walk of walk of fame and 15mins walk from ch/theatr

Super! Wir würden erneut diese Wohnung wählen.
Pros:

Die Wohnung ist sehr gross und hat tolle komfortable Zimmer. Super fanden wir auch, dass es grosse Kleiderschränke hatte.

Cons:

Das Bad hatte noch einige Flecken und die Toilette hat ein wenig Wasser verloren auf der Seite.
