別の施設を選んだ方がいい。致命的な故障があっても一生修理されないため旅が台無しになる
Cons:

2ユニットあるシャワーのうち一つ目が初日に壊れた。一週間超の滞在だったので施設に連絡をしたが直ることはなく1ユニットで過ごすしかなかった。
その際施設の対応が酷かったので箇条書きにする。

・スタッフがビジネスメールをかけない。連絡の一言目にHeyとか書いてある。
・修理業者と本部の連絡がまともに取れてない。合計2回修理の依頼をしたようだが、私の部屋に修理業者が来なかった。2度目は必ず直すと確約させたにもかかわらずこの体たらく。また報連相もできておらず一週間業者から本部への連絡がないのでわかりまへんの一点張りだった。
・ブラインドが突貫で直してあって速攻外れた
・電源プラグがぶっ壊れていてwifiか照明のどちらかを諦める必要があった。
・netflixが見れると書いてあるにもかかわらず見れない
・予約前に宿泊場所の位置はチャイニーズシアターの1ブロック先と表示されるが、実際は徒歩30分以上先の場所

これよりブッキングドットコムに返金申請をするところ。

nice location , nice apartment within a 2 minute walk of walk of fame and 15mins walk from ch/theatr

Super! Wir würden erneut diese Wohnung wählen.
Pros:

Die Wohnung ist sehr gross und hat tolle komfortable Zimmer. Super fanden wir auch, dass es grosse Kleiderschränke hatte.

Cons:

Das Bad hatte noch einige Flecken und die Toilette hat ein wenig Wasser verloren auf der Seite.

Pros:

The staff is always available online and explains everything clearly in advance. The apartment is located in a quite quite buidling and quite community and close to metro/bus stations.

Cons:

actually I experienced everything very nice with this apartment and nothing dislike from my experience.

Pros:

I had a great stay at Vues on Gordon on Hollywood Blvd! The host made everything super easy — they provided clear instructions for self check-in and were always quick to respond if we had questions or needed anything. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay.

The location is very convenient, within walking distance to lots of shops and attractions, which was perfect for exploring Hollywood. The only thing to note is that parking is an additional $25 per day, which is fairly standard for LA but worth mentioning for planning ahead.

Overall, a solid stay with excellent communication and a great location!
