Presiunea la apa calda lasă de dorit, pereții foarte subțiri, auzeai țipetele și televizorul din camera alăturată, mai greu cu odihnitul.

it was cold and the only way to heat up the room was through the AC which didn’t worked so well. We were there in March so if you go in a warmer period this would not be a problem.
some cups to drink from would have been nice to be in the room, funny that were some tea bags in the room but nothing to drink from (we had to go to Bonita Hotel to ask for some and they gave us paper ones).
Hanger were missing completely, we had to keep most of our clothes hang on the door( they were wet because of the rain ).
A door mat to not go with all the dirt from your shoes inside would have been perfect.

the location itself it’s good, pretty close to the bazar and comercial streets around 15-20min walking
and 30-40 minutes walking for Mosques
BUT the street itself it’s pretty creepy. Like my girlfriend said that she wouldn’t have the courage to go alone or with another girl friend

Pri dolasku primetile smo da je u glava tuša tuš kabini polomljena (pa smo se kupale samo crevom😅). Takođe, ni internet nam nije radio, hvala Bogu pa smo uplatile esim karticu. U suštini, sve ove stvari su zanemarljive, ukoliko niste previše probirljivi i zahtevni, jer ste najmanje u toj sobi.

Odličan odnos uloženog i dobijenog. Došao bih ponovo tu.

The reviews on Booking.com were completely misleading and did not match reality. Bonita Boutique was nothing like the photos. The building looked old and worn down, the entrance opened into a dark, narrow staircase with NO elevator, and the room was on the 3rd floor. The real room was tiny, smelled damp, and had a bathroom squeezed inside the room. Nothing resembled the pictures or descriptions.
The hotel also forced us to check in at a different location more than a block away, then walk back and forth with our luggage to this run-down building. The photos and ratings were clearly manipulated — nothing matched reality.
The management treated us rudely, refused to communicate in English, and told us “take it or leave it.” We had to drag our luggage across the city during rush hour to find another hotel because no taxis were available. We ended up paying much more for a last-minute room. This experience ruined the first day of our trip, caused stress between me and my fiancée, and led to unnecessary extra expenses for a last-minute hotel.
Booking.com ignored our emails and several phone calls and refused to give us a refund, even after we sent proof that we did NOT stay at Bonita Boutique. Very disappointing experience and completely unacceptable.
