We are pet-friendly. Supplements apply per night, €30 per pet per night. Highly recommend. Would stay again. Clean, comfortable, friendly, quiet location, good breakfast
Pros:

Staff was very friendly. In fact, someone we met who was staying at one of the beachfront luxury hotels mentioned their staff was unhelpful and rude. The staff at Illunion couldn't have been nicer.

I was surprised at how good and varied the breakfast options were. Rooms were clean, well equipped and comfortable. Our plan was to be out of the room all day anyway, so it met our needs as the beds were comfortable and there were additional seating areas. Cala Galdana is such an easy area to navigate, that even though the hotel wasn't on the water, the walk to the beach was easy and delightful. I would definitely sa

Cons:

Parking is not easy - since you need a car to get around the island, parking in general on Menorca is difficult. But we were always able to find close and safe street parking near the hotel. I did not visit the pool so can't speak to that, but I noticed a metal gate separating the shallow and deep ends - that looked a little strange. Didn't bother me, as I didn't use the pool and don't have small children any way. The only other tip I have for travelers is to ask about beach gear. I noticed only upon check out that they had some used (left by guests) beach umbrellas and toys in the storage room. Would've been nice to know ahead of time, instead of purchasing those for our short stay and giving them away on the beach as we were leaving.

Pros:

Great location, and easy to the beach. Pool area was very nice with an abundance of towels to use. Borrowing beach umbrellas to use at a remote beach was GREATLY appreciated.

Cons:

Parking was terrible. I had to drive very far to find a parking spot late at night. It would have been nice to have a cutting knife for cheese and bread, and a cutting board also would have been nice to have. The bathroom window was smashed and the repair was very sketchy. I tried to reserve a room with two twin beds, but had to settle on a king bed. The bed was very “bouncy”. Not good for sleeping with a partner that moves around a lot.

Excellent value, super staff, beautiful beaches in walking distance, lovely restaurants, a perfect holiday destination.
Pros:

The staff were excellent and went out of their way to be helpful. We had a couple of issues but they were sorted quickly and we were very satisfied with the response. The location is up a steep hill from the beach which was fine for us but may not be for others. Their were two restaurants close by and the e staff and food at those was very good and if you want somewhere posher, we would recommend Trevis in Cala Galdana.

Cons:

Being picky, a few of the tiles around the pool were cracked and the bars by the pool table were wobbly but overall we were very happy with the property.

Nous avons apprécié l’amabilité du personnel ainsi que les services proposés par l’établissement (parking, piscine, restaurant, situation (au calme et proche des plages/sentiers de randonnées)).

Cons:

Nous avons moins apprécié les équipements de la chambre (lampe de chevet non fonctionnelle et bas de porte de la salle de bain abîmée par l’humidité) mais sans que cela ne vienne entachée notre séjour.
